Keith was honest in saying the work wouldn't start for months but living in the "slower, lower" peninsula here, it was not unexpected. The project did take a little longer to complete than we expected, but we had 2 project managers leave Clarksville during our project. However, Keith and Andrew Heath stepped up their game to fill in. Their field technicians like Keith Lockerman and Donnie, were a pleasure to work with and their experience led to some ideas we hadn't considered when particulars to the project came up. Communication was very poor--Luis, the person handling appointments, rarely returned calls, and we had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates. They even canceled on the same day they were supposed to come, which caused delays and a lot of inconvenience. Because of this, we decided to cancel the project altogether. During an earlier visit, their technician Ben tightened two outlet screws and replaced a GFCI outlet using our own materials. Before he did the work, I specifically asked about the cost and was told it would be free. After we canceled the project, we were unexpectedly charged $350 for that small task--without any approval from us. When I called to question the charge, Luis laughed and said "this is how it goes," which was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Overall, very disappointing experience. Poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and unexpected charges without consent. I would not recommend this company.
