David picked up my vehicle and towed it to his lot. He gave me his information to make arrangements to pick up my belongings. When I spoke to him the next day, David said that he could tell that I took care of my car. He also said that he was quite sure it would be totaled. The manager tells me that we must have hit a snow bank. My car has not left my driveway. Because I had major surgery.. I cannot believe they would say that to me.
