I really appreciated the aftercare customer service. We are renting a Beazley Home in the Creek Bend subdivision of Grovetown. When a major plumbing issue arose the plumbers we had come out were unable to locate the Sewer Trap. I made a long shot phone call to Beazley Homes and explained the emergency situation. Within the hour they had returned our call with the location of the Sewer Trap. Given the fact that this house is over 15yrs old the customer service response was OUTSTANDING! Beazley Homes may not be a high-end, custom home builder but they are a LOCAL home builder with solid values and ethics and right there is the difference. We are still in this rental lease but if we were to buy a new home we would definitely look at Beazley Homes to build it for us. read more

If you want a home with sloppy construction that's slapped up by a bunch of people drinking on the job than this is the company for you, every wall and room in the newly constructed home has sloppy errors then they promise to make everything right after closing but it's been 7 months and they keep sending people that do sloppy work and try to blame everything on the foreman that they let go, sorry excuse for a company If you want a nice home please find a different builder, this builder has subcontractors that are drinking on the job when visiting my neighbors house I would frequently Finns 24 + beer bottles left behind by the drunk Mexicans and it definitely shows in their workmanship I would avoid beazLey at all cost if I was doing it over read more

I bought a house built by this contractor from Evans, GA... My closing was on 11-25-20. The mess I walked into was unbelievable. There was NO pride taken in the quality of craftsmanship or quality of product. I have cracks in every wall where the walls meet and ceilings that are of an architectural nature. One shower surround was not installed properly a vanity sink not centered in the vanity. One tub is cracked. The back door is all messed up along with woodwork all over the house and drywall. Spots on walls that were never painted. A kitchen sink drain not installed correctly and no water pressure in that sink. The microwave has sawdust coming out of the bottom of it when opening and closing the door. The carpeting has tacks sticking up out of it where it meets flooring. My garage floor has cracks all over it one said it was normal and one said rare when I checked out 12 other homes under construction and 5 houses 2yrs old that had none... Now I've got cracks starting in the sidewalk the 1st section outside my front front door. Tar all over a bathroom window outside. There was even wrap coming down under the siding. Rock on front of house that fell off and not grouted right. Backyard is a swamp in parts. I had to call the HVAC company to come and tape up my one area of my gas furnace where air was leaking out. The day of the walk thru I fell in the attic because once you step off the stairs there is nothing to hold on to. I've asked several times ifa filled out an accident report and no they haven't. I had my knee x-rated and not even an offer to pay for it... I DON'T feel comfortable in this house. Now my kitchen faucet is falling apart. On 01-16 I went into the house next to me where the man had moved in a month before and the day before to the couple who moved in 2 mos before me. What a difference in the construction and product. They both said they didn't have much for a 30 day punch list??? Its pretty disheartening that my house had no pride taken in the construction of it. Even more so it shouldn't have been sold to me in this condition cause if I would put it on the market tomorrow it wouldn't be sellable. This is inexcusable unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least. My hard earned money went to garbage. Just a tip here. I don't know if they still build homes but as far as I am concerned they do less than stellar work. Why? I bought a Beasley home (it was 3yrs old at the time)first thing we noticed was water settling close to the house. We made original owners put in a French drain and during the closing we were told the lot was not graded right (whatever that means). So let's jump ahead to the crappy drywall ceilings that were popcorn mixed with paint added. The wallpaper where there was no sizing behind it. Oh and no one must have known how to square a corner for door or entry way into a room. The big one when the house was 16 yrs old we decided to weigh in on caution of a leak and hired a reputable roofing contractor (lol I gotta review for him too) we found that the boards (rafters on the driveway side were unevenly cut. At least 16 feet of rafters did not marry up to the fascia board where the roll out and shingles go. The roofing nails were just hammered into nothing. I called good old Jeff (Beazley Rep at the time)to let him know about this major construction flaw and asked how it passed inspection, he basically said not our problem. You do realize you wouldn't notice this error until you needed a new roof. Then this lovely screened in back porch (built by the builder) had this sagging ceiling. So we took down the ceiling fan before the fan fell on someone's head and guess what? One ceiling joist that's all, with lots of knotholes had quarter inch panel board 4x8ft attached to it in an enclosed screen porch. (The porch is about 120 to 150 sq ft in size.)The ceiling fan was attached to this.(We fixed it we added joist 2x4's Spaced sixteen inches apart and put back up a much nicer, SAFER, ceiling. Then surprise we found a door in our Master bath where the motor to the jet tub was housed. Ever get a good look at where all the construction trash, i.e. broken bricks, pieces of wood old paint can is? Well it's right there under that motor holding it up.You could see the bottom of the tub that I often wondered why it would get so cold bc it was sitting about two inches of concrete. Now I know no house is perfect but c'mon the framing is important. My house is a very lovely home that we have fixed all the flaws in that the original builder left. Out of curiosity I called the county to see if I could get a list of Inspectors who signed off on the house but I was told that they don't keep records like that after 10 years. My point is this when purchasing a new home look at it like its ten years down the road. Is the framing right are major beams, rafters fascia board etc. done correctly. In other words get a reputable home inspector (one with no skin in the game). Bc you know carpenters, electricians and plumbers are costly. Best of luck on your purchase of a home.
