HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & ABSOLUTELY ZERO PROFESSIONALISM!!! I went in because of a flat tire and literally waited 20 minutes and not a single staff member acknowledged me! Eventually I spoke with an older man who said he couldn't change my tire and offered no explanation as to why. When I questioned him as to why he flat out said "I just won't change your tire". Terrible service. Tony is a prick. I walked in and told him I needed a tire patched. We chatted about it for a minute or so. He was filling out paperwork at his desk so I figured he would get to me when he got done. When he finished the paperwork he sat back in his chair with his legs crossed and didn't even speak to me. Helped my sister move some furniture today. We used Biles Tire Center in Jackson Ga. I've used these guys for years and they've been nothing but respectful, great customer service. Today we rented a Uhaul to move the furniture. Upon our return, I stopped to get my daughter something to eat in my vehicle and my sister kept driving to drop the Uhaul back in Jackson. I was about ten minutes behind her. As she waited she sat on the bench outside the shop which is also a memorial to Maurice Biles the original owner who has passed away. Some old stout crippled racist white man comes up and asks one of the Biles sons "why you let this "N" sit on your dads bench? Needlessly say after being stunned at the word used my sister rose to the occasion and a few choice words were exchanged. ( I wasn't there). My issue is why didn't the Biles shop owner tell the guy not to use that word? Was he in shock or did he agree? I won't be doing business there again. I'm glad I wasn't present read more
