The staff is super friendly, but the prices are a little more on the expensive side. Because you feel obligated to tip, I spent nearly $8 on one drink and that's leaving a little over $1 for tip. I tried the Peanut Butter Cup frappe and it didn't really taste like it had any coffee in it, but it was delicious! I've jokingly told my girlfriend I was going to take us to this place a few times but, finally decided to make true on that today. The coffee was great, and the service was fantastic. The employees loved my girlfriend's makeup and gave some nice compliments, which was an unexpected plus for her. All in all, was faster and tastier than both of our other options (burnt Starbucks or 5 hour wait Dutch Bros). We're gonna be back for sure! I decided to pull in the drive through to get a coffee after grabbing burritos across the way. I should have known the name of the coffee stand would inevitably have baristas wearing bikinis! It was freezing out this morning too. I ordered an iced americano with sugar free white chocolate, sugar free hazelnut and sugar free caramel. It was so delicious! The girls at this location are so sweet & super conversational, I always have a great customer service when I come here. My fiancé, his mom, and I swung by the drive-thru at this location while we were waiting for a table at a restaurant across the street. The lovely barista who took our order was super patient and helpful with our questions about the menu items. She even had us taste our drinks once we got them to make sure we were satisfied! I'll focus on three key things: First, the experience. It was my first time and they cheered and made me feel welcome (fun touch ladies). She asked me how my day was going and actually listened (didn't ask just to ask). Sounds simple but it was appreciated. She then helped me figure out which drink to get and said she would have me try it before I left and they will adjust to make it just right. Between her spending the time trying to help me pick the right drink and offering to have me try it to ensure I'm happy exceeded my expectations right off the bat! As a little side note, I am not a fan of chocolate and don't like super sweet drinks so she suggested the nude half sweet. Once we got the order going, one of the other ladies came over and talked to me while I waited. She was so sweet and we had fun chatting about Chicago where we both were from. Second, the coffee. OMG it was perfect. I am not a fan of Starbucks. I do not like ridiculously strong coffee and this had a nice coffee flavor (almost nutty). It had the perfect touch of sweet but not overdone. They made sure I was happy which I was. Lastly, I want to say I love seeing confident women who uplift others. Ladies you all make me proud to be a woman! Thanks for making my day. My boyfriend and I usually go to this Mesa location as this one is closer to our house than Tempe but after this visit which will now be our last visit we will be going to Tempe from now on for our coffee. There was 4 girls working, 1 girl was taking orders the other 3 were making coffee. The girl that was taking orders was very nice and professional. The other 3 girls were VERY unprofessional. Screaming, yelling, hitting each other's butts with a rolled up towel, talking horrible about other customers, cussing and swearing, calling each other B**** and saying F*** Y** to each other. Music was explicit, hopefully children don't come to this location. When we finally got our drinks the girl handing them to us seemed like we were bothering her and seemed in a hurry to rush us off to leave. What a way to represent the brand. read more

I really wish we had a better experience, this was our first time visiting bikini beans and we'd heard a lot of great things. Unfortunately what we saw yesterday was the most DISGUSTING work conditions I've EVER seen employees be forced to work in! There was at least 2 inches of standing water all the girls were walking thru inside the Mesa location! Looked like raw sewage coming up from the drains, the girls were still using blenders and electric while standing in water. It's a sad day when you have to pray for employees safety! What kind of owner/manager/boss allows their facility to be so disgusting and still open for business? Obviously emergencies happen, but why would they remain open? These poor girls worked hours in standing water! Are you paying them extra? Buying everyone new shoes? How are you ensuring no one is electrocuted and killed? Disgusting treatment of what looked to be very awesome employees! I can't say we'll be back for sure, and I wouldn't recommend this place of business with employees being treated so poorly!
