They are very friendly, very helpful, explain the process of what they were going to do to resize my wedding rings along with another diamond ring and a pearl ring. I had been to the jeweller where my wedding rings were purchased and they said that they could not do what I wanted without redesigning my eternity ring because of the rubies.
