The woman who claims to be the office manager refuses to give her your name and then she has a habit of hanging up on you because she doesn't want to answer your tough questions as to why you pay to service to do your taxes and now you owe the IRS and you can't seem to get an answer and you can't even get the woman to call you back who did your taxes because she's always with clients that she's trying to take more money from. This is such a shady place that uses excuse after excuse because they don't even know how to answer the issues at hand instead of just being honest and maybe people would respect them more. I would never do my taxes here again and if you care about your taxes being done the right way without the IRS knocking at your door, go somewhere else.
