I used to come here regularly, but after numerous poor interactions, I've decided to take my business to another Starbucks. Talking to other former customers, it's clear I'm not alone; many have left due to the rude and dismissive treatment. It feels like dealing with high school "mean girls," and that's the last thing anyone needs with their coffee. Management, I hope you can address this and guide your staff toward creating a friendlier, more professional atmosphere. Starbucks should be a place where everyone feels welcome, not judged.
