We hired Chris Clarke, president and CEO and Tym Baker, operations manager with Bigfoot, Inc to rebuild my 87 year old widowed father's house in Houston, Texas immediately after Hurricane Harvey. Almost everything they did was defective. One kitchen countertop was cut too short in length and uneven, new tile flooring was installed over the existing kitchen tile by mistake which made the new floor over 1" higher than the rest of the house and is now causes a trip hazard in the doorway, sloppy paint job and texture throughout the house, the space for the A/C return air grille was walled up and is non existent, the tile inside the shower is not flush and the frame is uneven and the tile is also not flush or even, the new flooring installed is unlevel throughout the ENTIRE house up to 2" in some areas, the entry door opens in the wrong direction and only halfway because of the uneven floor, several door jambs are uneven and the doors installed too high. They were made aware of several defects along the way but do not guarantee their workmanship and have refused to fix these mistakes. The house is unfinished and uninhabitable although they have been paid 100%. They have left the area and first went to the East Coast, now Puerto Rico and The Virgin Islands to work. The crew they had working on the house did not speak English and were obviously unskilled. We will now have to hire new contractors to complete the house and fix all their mistakes at our expense. The address on their contract, licenses, W-9 and insurance certificate in Port Allen is not valid and they do not have an address on their website. We do not recommend they be hired for any project. read more
