The staff is always very friendly; it seems to be mostly staffed by local teenagers and young adults. John, the owner, is so cordial and easygoing as well. I personally corresponded with him throughout the time leading up to the event to coordinate and I have to say, the name 'sweetguy' is very appropriate for him and his business. He came out to our headquarters last year as well for a different kind of event, but this year was about 400 additional guests and he handled it flawlessly. I wouldn't trust any other truck to provide this service for our company. He will always be our go-to ice cream guy.
