Flavorful and moderately priced, it's definitely worth stopping in instead of wasting your money on fast food at a drive thru. But in my opinion, the thing that keeps me coming back time and time again is the absolutely out of this world floral styling talents of their florist Tammy! I have had custom bouquets arranged by her on multiple occasions and watching her work is like watching Picasso himself. I go in , select several (already available bouquets) explain my vision for my arrangement and she brings it to life every single time impeccably! Everyone I've gifted one of her arrangements to is absolutely blown away when I say they're from Fresh Acres and not a stand alone florist shop. Her attention to detail, her personable and professional demeanor, is what keeps me coming back time and time again. Much in the same way you can taste when a great meal has been made with love, I'd say the same about a bouquet from Tammy: you can see the love she has for her craft in the way she brings arrangements to life. Watching her put the finishing touches on my bouquets reminds me of on Say Yes to the Dress when they're doing the same, adding on the veil, jewelry, etc . My most recent arrangement was a custom 21st birthday bouquet I was gifting to a very good friend of mine (who's favorite color is blue) and she absolutely blew me away with how gorgeous it turned out!!! (I've included photos of this masterpiece) This woman deserves a raise and is an outstanding representation of all that great customer service should encompass !!!

I had 3 employees refusing to reimburse me on $2.49, on a Rice purchase that had a sign for $4.49, rung up at $6.49, aggressively refusing to honor the "$4.49", price, came down to them calling the store manager on the phone, who quickly agreed in my favor. This is just one example, they are definitely not for the customer and they watch you like a hawk in self checkout, telling you to remove the .99 tag on the bag you buy, or watching you closely on what your entering on the screen, bad vibes all around, and it's not all, their are some really nice people that work there, but I feel like Corporate instills this authoritative demeanor.

Usually, the self check out freezes at some point during the transaction and I have to start over at another register. Sometimes, the regular cashiers credit card terminals don't work and we have to restart on register 3 instead of 2. Sometimes, I ring everything up at self check out and the credit card reader doesn't recognize any of my credit or debit cards. Today, the woman in front of me typed in her phone number 15 times (yes 15 times) and the terminal still wouldn't take it. The cashier said, "it's not you, it's our system". This is just stupid. Every single visit. Not once in the past 8 months have I had a "normal" check out experience. I bring it up in the store often and they always say "yeah, we know" or "yeah, nothing we can do about it" I'm just saying, the dollar store, Burger King, Walmart, Lowe's, Chipotle, no where else I go ever has issues like this and I know I'm not the only one. The customer in front of me today was embarrassed because she was holding up the line. I'm only mentioning this here because nobody at the store seems to care and someone needs to know to get the technology fixed. The person who took my order over the phone was great and helpful. I explained I would be there at 345 to pick up my order. No problem he said. I got there and waited. It would not be a concern at all if I didn't observe 2 people over by the meat cases standing there looking at me. No comment or welcome. No hello. Just kept ignoring me while they occasionally glanced over pretending not to see me. There were 3 other people on the meat area where they cut it up. 2 lounging against the door frames and one who appeared to be cleaning everything while the other 2 looked on. Teamwork at its finest. They also saw me and ignored me as well. After a while I asked if there was anyone not busy standing around who could just hand me my order. The guy who was pretending not to see me came over. No apology or thank you. Nothing. Not a word. The cashiers and front end staff are consistently great. Very welcoming and friendly. This was the first time I went in on a Saturday. Not typical of the service I get. I paid 346.00 for my order. Will never go back on a Saturday again. I think your cashiers should probably teach Customer Service skills to your back room. I left there totally irritated.
