We used Big Willie's this weekend for our daughter's engagement party. We had 80 people attend. Big Willies was the hit of the party! We didn't have to worry about anything. They came in and set up and cranked out tons of the most delicious pizza. Our guests raved and couldn't wait to get their cards to book for their next party. We even had a few people who were gluten free and vegan and no problem!!! They whipped up pies that were cauliflower crust and vegan cheese with no advanced notice. Pretty awesome. Fast forward almost a year and a half and my 50th birthday came up. What a perfect event to have them cater. We called Willie and secured the date. He came by the house to make sure we had the room for his setup and went over everything with us. He said he wasn't going to be there but he was going to send "his best guys" sal and Jackson. When Willie said his best guys... He wasn't kidding. From the moment they showed up, till the very moment they left, sal and Jackson were Amazing. We knew the pizza was going to be good, but the service was unbelievable. We have a few people with dietary restrictions (gluten and vegan) and when I say they went out of their way to accommodate, they literally did, and, they did it all with a smile. I called Willie to inquire about his services and he happened to be catering an event at our wedding venue that evening, so he invited us to stop by the venue to check out his set up and try some pizza. My husband and I arrived to a very busy party where Willie and his guys were cranking out pizzas right there on the patio bar and handling the rush of people like champs. Willie stepped out from making pizzas to introduce himself and talk a little bit about his business and had us try a couple of slices. Willie and his crew bring their own pizza ovens and stretches the fresh dough right in front of you! The set up and pizza were great, and we were sold. Willie is extremely affordable as his business is not for profit, sharing much of his earnings helping local charities and those who have struggled in the service industry from the affects of COVID. Willie is really a stand-up guy who knows how to make a great pizza! We were able to choose 6 different pizzas and it also came with a choice of salad. Our guests absolutely LOVED the pizza and are still talking about it months later (Especially the Blanca Quattro Formaggio)! They even made extra pizza for us to take home (which didn't last very long) and was a perfect late-night bite after all the dancing and beverages consumed.
