There was no seating except some hard wooden benches without a table to eat or anything. There really weren't much to-go options either. They literally forced me to put the metal spoon in a cup marked "dirty spoons" and forced me to use a plastic spoon to eat my ice cream. Even though I asked nicely and promised to return the dirty spoon when finished. My table was within view of the register so they were assured I wasn't going to steal their spoon. There were two of them and only one of me, so I felt outnumbered and had to comply. Ordinarily I'd have given a tip and been happy. But today, no tip and an honest review. I'm giving 2 stars for the delicious chocolate ice cream, and 0 stars for terrible (and strange!) customer service. I don't know if the owner reads these reviews, but well done on preserving your metal spoons from thievery! But terrible job on training your staff on customer service. As a former restaurant owner, I know the value of attending to customers needs & requests whenever possible.
