Our drinks came out in a reasonable amount of time, not too fast that you'd question if it was just premade slop, but not too long where it would be annoying. Ambiance: It does feel very cramped and cluttered inside. There's some tables (not many) if anyone wanted to stick around and/or study. There are a variety of figurines, urns, teas, pins, etc. that are kind of everywhere around the shop. It's like a gift shop almost. Many signs saying not to touch the merch. My drink was pretty sweet, but adding extra ice to it made it taste much better. The shop is good for a quick boba run and I imagine it's pretty convenient for students nearby :)
