I agree with Christi B. about the services of Shannon Aikins. She was extremely unresponsive and unprofessional in terms of real estate. When I was introduced to the house by Ms. Aikins I had several questions. ?? The furnace was dead after twenty-eight years. Replacement cost about $8000. The lesson here is, talk to the neighbors before closing. I have worked with other real estate agents who were so much more informed, informative, and who seemed to care about making a sale. Ms. Aikins was not only unhelpful, uninformative and deceptive, she seemed to care less about making a relationship with a customer. I would not recommend this real estate company, especially Shannon Aitkins. She was completely unmotivated, she did not follow through on what she was going to do to help sell my property. She had the property listed for a year and a half and I was informed that only 2 people came to see it. Upon wanting to cancel my contract with her two weeks early, she started playing games, stating she was out of town and would be back in a couple of days. No cooperation whatsoever and very unprofessional. read more

One unresolved complaint, Agent failed to mention a phone report to her advising of a furnace malfunction at a house for sale. Agent did mention the house comes with one hundred gallons of propane. Turns out, only eleven gallons were in the tank. read more
