I would HIGHLY recommend bringing your child to Dr Craig!! Today was my daughters first visit ever…read moreso she was very nervous & scared. The nurse (I wish I remembered her name ) was amazing!! She explained every singles step, every tool used, spoke to my daughter on her level and made the experience amazing for all of us! The Dr is extremely friendly, personable and also made my daughter feel extremely comfortable. The front desk is very pleasant & the office is spotless! When we left my daughter said "I wish that lady (the nurse) could be my Dr all the time" (I'm thinking she is referring to her being our pediatrician lol. She cannot wait to go back!- she actually said that. This makes me so happy that she trusts them and won't hesitate going in 6 months.

Where do we begin?? It all started one evening before a long weekend when my son (who is on the…read morespectrum for Autism) was complaining about a tooth. After not being able to reach our dentist we googled 24/7 dentists and Dr. Craig Lustman's number came up. When we called we couldn't believe that is he himself answered. We explained my sons issue and he asked us to text him a photo. We did. He then told us to come in that weekend to the office and that he would tell his receptionist to get us in. We got in. Patty was so phenomenal with my son who was scared and nervous. She was so patient and kind to my son. LOVED HER! Dr. Craig is awesome. He is a gentleman. He treats us as if we are family but we are not blood related lol. We NEVER have to wait ridiculously long times, he and his staff go above and beyond to make sure we are treated like we are on the red carpet. They are all so kind, happy and and oh so wonderful. The office is immaculately clean and there is even an arcade for the kids!!! Not only that but Dr. Craig is paying it forward by building soccer fields in underdeveloped countries in Africa to inspire the youth that they can achieve anything. Honestly I can go on and on and on. This place is simply amazing. You won't be disappointed

*** Love*** everything about this place! Dr. saadia is…read morewonderful and gentle. She has been beyond great at working on a more holistic & healing approach with my 2 young kids. The entire office and staff is INCREDIBLE!! blew me away how geared to children it was. Perfection! her personal office is completely decorated in a Mickey/Minnie theme: my kids (& I! ;) loved it!!

We had a terrible experience with this office. I'm so disappointed that my lactation consultant…read morereferred me to Dr. Saadia for my infant's tongue tie procedure. My husband took off work to come to the appointment with me. We were prepared to do the procedure the same day as the consultation. When we arrived, the receptionist explained that only I was allowed back for the exam, but once the exam was complete, my husband could come back, and we could both talk to Dr. Saadia and ask any questions. We thought this was strange but figured as long as he could come back after the exam to talk to Dr. Saadia and ask questions that it was okay. At first, I thought she was nice and appreciated her answering my questions and explaining the procedure and aftercare in detail. However, when I asked if now my husband could come back, she said no and that I could recap everything to him that we had discussed. She also said she "doesn't do well with 3 way conversations." It was very off-putting how she refused to talk to my husband. I had to repeat his questions to the receptionist who then went down the hall to ask Dr. Saadia and get answers. Against our better judgement, we decided to move forward since we had already invested in the $300 consultation and because of all the good reviews. We also felt pressured to move forward because if you pay in full after the consultation, they deduct the consultation fee from the total price. They said if you change your mind, you will be refunded minus the consultation fee. My husband and I discussed and decided to do the procedure that day, but then right before the procedure, the receptionist pulled up the calendar to schedule the follow up visit. She said Dr. Saadia is going out of town so the follow up will be in 14 days. I remembered back to what Dr. Saadia had said earlier in the consultation that the follow up is in 7-10 days and asked the receptionist if that is ok to go 14 days? The receptionist went back to ask Dr. Saadia and she said let's do it when she's back from vacation so we don't have to wait the extra days for the follow up. If I didn't question it, she would have done the procedure knowing she wasn't going to be able to have the follow up visit in the recommended 7-10 days. Why did the office even schedule the consultation/procedure knowing she couldn't provide the standard aftercare? The week before the procedure, I decided to start setting up the aftercare appointments for bodywork (craniosacral therapy). All of the providers strongly recommended having at least 1 body work session done before the procedure to prevent reattachment. Dr. Saadia and her office never mentioned this to me. I called the office to ask, and the receptionist said Dr. Saadia recommends having at least 1 session done before the procedure but it's up to me what I want to do... I had family flying in from out of state to help me with the aftercare, and then I had to reschedule the procedure last minute because they didn't tell me I needed to do a body work session before the procedure for the best results. The office was also slow to respond to any questions and did not have a friendly, professional demeanor. After all of this, we decided we weren't comfortable moving forward and would rather lose the $300 than continue to work with Palm Beach Pediatric Dentistry. When I called to cancel, the receptionist didn't even ask why or ask if I had any questions. Getting the refund was a pain, and I had to email/call multiple times. I'm truly surprised to see all of the positive reviews. I ended up going with Dr. Craig Lustman and everything went very smoothly. And my mother in law was allowed back in the exam room with me :) Dr. Craig personally reached out that night to check on my child post-op. He also saw my child for a follow up in 7 days, then again 3 weeks post-op. The receptionists and assistants were all nice and professional and answered questions in a timely manner.
