We had our daughters birthday party here. Was excellent so we did it again two more years in a row. The owner is always nice and courteous.

Within…read more30 minutes, I was at the register purchasing a $157 monthly pass (4 months) for the toddler area. I was impressed enough that I texted three friends photos, told my wife to start planning our son's birthday party here, and was actively asking managers about upgrading to full access because I had just discovered the larger "Adrenaline" area. For context: it's Indiana winter, it was cold, and I had a hooded sweatshirt on with the hood up because I was freezing. During my 2 1/2-hour stay, I spoke with two managers about memberships--neither said a word about my hood. While walking around trying to keep up my child, I heard someone off to the side say, "Take your hood off." I approached the man, who asked me politely. I politely asked why it was a rule. His response was shocking: "So I can see your entire face on my 50 cameras." This was 11:30 a.m. on a Friday, not a packed weekend night. I turned away to continue looking for my child, removed the hood, and muttered "whatever dude" under my breath. That's when the situation escalated wildly. He charged toward me, yelling: "I'm the owner--if you don't like it, leave!" I had already complied. That wasn't enough. He then shouted: "I'll give you your money back!" And finally said something that truly crossed a line: "If there are off-colored people with hoods up and we ask them to take it down, what would that look like?" I'm still trying to understand why race was brought into this at all. Let me be clear: * The facility is great for kids * The staff and managers were wonderful * We were not leaving anytime soon until this happened But the owner's behavior was aggressive, unnecessary, and completely inappropriate. A simple rule explanation would've sufficed. Instead, it turned into a power trip with racial commentary that had no place in the conversation. Rules are rules--but how you enforce them matters. I'll take the refund. And I'll take my business elsewhere.

You get a wrist ban and can play all day long with in and out privileges so you can go to the restroom, get some food, shop, and still come back for more! They have pinballs, dance revolution, guitar hero, tons of retro games and newer systems. You can play in groups or solo. They also sell games, devices, clothing and other merchandise. Definitely a great place to go to spend the day gaming!!

My younger child (lower elementary age) was bored after about 45 minutes, but your mileage may vary. Boss Battle Games has a lot of cabinet-style arcade games, like Centipede, Pac-Man, Mortal Kombat and others. All of your Gen-X and Millennial video game dreams will be fulfilled here. They also have some pinball machines -- some you can play for an extra fee, and some seemed like they could be played with the price of admission. There are also some interactive games, like Dance Dance Revolution. Speaking of admission: You pay $15 for a wristband that grants you access to almost all of the video games, and you can come and go all day. If you're really into playing video games, this is a great deal. They don't sell any food or beverages here, so if you want something to eat or drink, you'll need to leave and come back. But since Boss Battle Games is located inside Castleton Mall, there are lots of places to find something to eat around the area.

Came here for to celebrate my child's birthday, and it was a fun, family-friendly experience. This…read moreis definitely one of those places where everyone (kids and adults) can find something to enjoy. All of my kids love games, so that was a big hit right away. They added some new games since the last time we came here. The games run on cards, which can add up pretty quickly, but they do offer some deals. We went with the $55 all-day play option (just note it excludes the purple games and has a 1500 ticket cap), and also purchased another card for $65 with 375 chips. It ended up being a good mix, and as a family, we had a really great time. Where things fell short was at the bar. My husband and I ordered drinks, and unfortunately the bartender wasn't very friendly. I felt rushed while ordering, and the overall interaction just didn't feel welcoming. I ordered the "Million Dollar Rita," and was honestly disappointed when I received it, it didn't look like the picture at all. When I asked about it, I was met with a bit of an attitude and asked if I had even tasted it yet, which felt dismissive. After trying it, I mentioned it tasted like a regular margarita, and that's when she told me several ingredients were out of stock. That definitely would've been helpful to know upfront, as I probably would have ordered something else. What made it more frustrating was that it still cost the same premium price. I ended up finishing the drink, but the service kind of killed the vibe for me, and I didn't feel like ordering anything else. It was awesome for the kids and my son had a great experience, but the bar service could use some work.

Seeing the parking lot I was excited as it was empty so I knew what that means no waiting lol for the games at least. As we entered the place not a worker in sight except the bartender. Then after finding the kiosk to get a card and load it we spent 55$ on unlimited play. This was a bad idea! unfortunately, every other game was broken or malfunction. Bummer we could only play like 6 of the games out of all the inventory sad story. I will not be coming back to this one sorry. No workers, machines completely not working, a lot of games out of order and no one in the place says a lot! The stars are for the Bartender he was very nice and the one worker we did find he was nice too!

We celebrated Devin's 2nd birthday without him on this earth with us at Championship Lanes. Last…read moreyear we had a great time, and we had way more people and absolutely zero problems. But let me share our HORRIBLE experience and discuss Angie's absolutely disrespectful customer service. She approached the lanes that my mom reserved and PAID for and stated there were people bowling without shoes. Understood, my mom had already began addressing this issue, and was sending people to get their shoes. Then Angie says "AND YOURE SMOKING WEED" ... let's pause for a moment. I am not smoking anything first off all. We are in a public establishment as a group full of black peoples, let's be real. Who is stupid enough to smoke weed INSIDE THE PLACE. Secondly, IF someone was smoking weed, the WHOLE place would've been a huge cloud. So, let's not falsely accuse a group of people like this. Okay, cool. She walks away. In a matter of minutes, she is back and yelling in my moms face as we are trying to celebrate my deceased brother's birthday. If you know me, I'm cool, calm, and collected and stay out of it, but the moment she raised her voice at my mother, I intervened because what we won't tolerate is this level of disrespect when we have paid and are not causing any issues. Now, someone may have had a vape and idk their rules against that, but that is absolutely NOT the same as smoking weed as she accused. But we won't talk about the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke as you enter the building. At this point several people within our group are livid because Angie is raising her voice and speaking to people as if they are not adults, accusing people of smoking, and just outright disrespectful. Of course she tried kicking us out. Okay, kick us out but give us the money back because we paid a lot of money between the reservation, shoes, and everyone ordered food and drinks. So, we'll leave but we want to be refunded. After I had a word with her and expressed that she needed to reevaluate her customer service skills because it's not what you say, it's how you say it, and she was flat out disrespectful, she said "you know what, just bowl". But that's not even the end. As we are wrapping up, saying goodbyes, Angie calls the police which I suspected because she was hiding on the phone as I was returning shoes. There are literally police officers outside in the parking lot as we are leaving. At this point we felt targeted. Not to pull the race card, but a group of black people having a good time, celebrating a loved one with some friendly competition is too much to ask for, I guess. Y'all can tell me what that sounds like. NO ONE WAS FIGHTING. EVERYONE PAID FOR WHAT THEY RECEIVED. NO ONE WAS CAUSING A SCENE EXCEPT FOR ANGIE AND HER DISRESPECT. This was absolutely HORRIBLE customer service from Championship lanes, specifically Angie, and personally I would not recommend this place. If she's the manager, owner, or whatever, she needs to take a customer service training and reevaluate her ability to run a facility because that's not it AT ALL. I'm not even the one to cause a scene about something but they need to PROPERLY address her poor skills and treatment towards us. OH, they have untagged themselves or blocked me from my Facebook review!

Too many crane games which are always at full price. Tried playing a few games but am still learning how to play and win. My go-to is now the Wizard of Oz because I can play for a long time on the bonus game (4 pays). Arcade card costs $1. I filled my card with $20 plus a $5 bonus. Wednesday is half price arcade games, which is the only deal I believe they offer. Lots of exchange options but what would I find useful. We needed help operating the card exchange machines. I wish they offered more deals or coupons.

A Strike for Fun--and the Pizza!…read more If you're looking for a place where good times roll as smoothly as a perfect strike, Bowl 32 absolutely delivers. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is upbeat, welcoming, and perfect for hanging out with friends or family. The lanes are clean and well-kept, the atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming, and there's that classic bowling-alley energy that makes every frame feel exciting--whether you're a pro or just there for laughs. And then there's the pizza. Wow. It's the kind of pizza you don't expect to be that good at a bowling alley--hot, cheesy, flavorful, and exactly what you crave between turns. One slice quickly turns into "okay, just one more," and before you know it, the whole table's asking for another pie. Great bowling, great food, and great memories--Bowl 32 is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. Total strike across the board!
