I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. Nacional Business Capital is nothing but a trap for…read moresmall businesses. They lure you in with promises of fast funding and "helping your business grow," but the reality is outrageous hidden fees, sky-high rates, and customer service that disappears the moment you sign the papers. They nickel and dime you for everything. What starts as a loan to help your business quickly becomes a financial nightmare. The fees are so excessive that you end up owing way more than you ever imagined. It feels like they design their contracts to make sure YOU lose and THEY win every single time. And don't expect help when you call -- customer service is rude, dismissive, and acts like you're bothering them just for asking questions. Once they have you locked in, you're on your own. Do yourself a favor: look up this company on Reddit or other review platforms before even thinking about signing anything. You'll see I'm not the only one who's had this experience. Save yourself the stress, the anger, and the financial damage. Stay FAR away from Nacional Business Capital.

To: Joel Rothman, CEO & Partner UPRS Group, LLC Re:…read moreRecommendation for Joel and UPRS From: bSmorrison, Ph.D. Date: September 9, 2024 2023 was the year that Joel and his group - UPRS Group LLC contacted my sister about unclaimed assets that were due to me on the demise of my husband who had died seven years previously. Joel and I have been in steady contact for the last year and this past week the monies (a substantial amount) were deposited into my account minus a well-deserved fee for his services. Joel is a modern day Robin Hood. I have been a teacher for most of my life and business (working with money) is not my fort. This is where Joel came in. My husband died amidst a tragic set of circumstances while I was living and working outside the US and I was left in the dark about the circumstances of his demise. When he died a part of me died and I decided to let that part of my heart die as well. In comes Joel. And I actually have the sense that my husband was behind Joel - working to get me this money that both he and I had earned through our careers as teachers in higher education. Because this was an insurance claim, I am quite sure the bureaucracy was intense. Joel and his team never gave up. Joel always answered my emails within 24 hours. He never let me down. I cannot say enough about this man. You can trust him.

I just let my bills get paid on autopay and did not give my insurance needs a second thought, but after a conversation with a friend where I mentioned my annual premium and the dismay on there face, I decided to shop around and see if I could save some money. I went to a couple of different brokerages and was not impressed at all by the service I was receiving. A lot of these places seemed to be unprofessional and not trustworthy. Just as I was about to bite the bullet and stick with my current insurance situation, a friend of mine recommended OneLife and Happy. OneLife and Happy made sure to go out of there way to take care of everything for me to ensure I had the right coverage at a great price. The process was smooth and efficient. The professionalism shown by Happy ensured that he got my business. I was able to walk away with a 30% annualized premium reduction and better coverage.
