But they insured me with UPC with my personal name. 3 month later I told them I have tenants move in. then they told UPC don't insure LLC.(Paid whole year), she changed to Utica for LLC,(paid whole year). 1 month later, they told me Utica don't have renter's policy. then changed to Kingstone, I received a bill form Kingstone, while I am still paying Utica policy during the same time period. She canceled Utica policy. a month later I didn't get refund. I called Utica the girl told me the check mailed out a week ago, and sent to a wrong address. Address should be xx midwood ave, nesconset, NY 11767 instead xx midwood ave, Lake grove, NY 11755, I never received the check. Insurance agent is very irresponsible, they don't have any knowledge what policy they are selling. I still didn't get my refund $1xxx check from Utica. The reason I chose this company, because they just 5 minutes away from my house. I thought it was convenient. Biggest Mistake. Regretted it

Please save yourself the hassel, frustrastion and headaches and take your business elsewhere for any of your insurance needs. I kept getting notices to the point where it was becoming monthly that my rates were increasing without any explanation. I called and submitted documets showing my defensive driving, I signed some form to exclude sopusal liability insurance and had my rates decrease slightly, only to receive another notice a month later that my rates again were increasing. I then received an addt'l notice that my policy would be renewing as of August 2024 and was drastically increasing again! I called the office for an explanation as to why (I have no accidents, points etc on my record) The staff member that answered was very friendly but her answer to me that "These are the new rates so they are increasing, sorry" was a bit unacceptable. I had to be transferred to the office manager Nicolette for a proper explanation. The next day I called the office and cancelled my policy as I obtained significantly cheaper rates from Geico. I spoke directly with the office manager and cancelled. I even was on the phone with her to confirm that she received via email my new insurance cards to confirm I obtained a new policy before cancelling. This was on August 1st, 2024 and my policy was not to be renwed until August 15th so I was actually to be prorated. On August 15th I was billed on my credit card 267 dollars for a policy renewal....The same policy that I cancelled 2 weeks prior with the OFFICE MANAGER. I called the office and spoke with the secretary again as she confirmed my "active" policy that again was cancelled. I was transferred to the office manager again and was informed that they neglected to cancel my auto billing and that the underwriters were made aware and a reverse transaction was put in place to be done as soon as possible. After 5 days of not receiving a refund on my card I had to yet again call back and question why I havent received the creidt on my credit card. I was told now a check will be mailed to my home in the next 5-7 business days. I finally received my check on September 3rd. I am now dealing with receiving messages that I have an outstanding bill of $3.74 and I am currently waiting for the office manager to yet again call me back to rectify this issue. Again, please do yourself a favor and save the hassel and headaches with this office and take your business elsewhere.

They were professional, friendly, saved me money on insurance and I trusted them. Over the years their professionalism and the services they provide severely declined. I sent my boyfriend to them in April for auto insurance and it took them weeks to finally insure him as many phone calls and messages went unreturned. Months later we attempted to insure our home with them and again it took them weeks to get back to us with a quote. We eventually took our business somewhere else. When I notified them that I wanted to cancel my auto policy the owner herself, Mary Graf told me that she would process my request and see if she can expedite my refund since we needed the money as we were recent home owners. Over 3 weeks went by and I still didn't have a refund so I called the insurance company directly to inquire about the status. I was informed that Mary Graf and her agency never sent my cancellation request to them and the insurance company was scheduled to withdraw my monthly payment from my checking account the next day! Stay away from this agency. They are incompetent and don't deserve your business.
