The size trailer I bought was a 7x12 dovetail, and the first thing it was a true 7x12 unlike the box stores.. once I got home and measured the total width is 8' including the tires.... Oh and the tires are something you would see on a full size truck.. the durability of the trailer was next, when I say this is commercial grade... believe it! This is not your typical big box store angle iron trailer. It is well built and weighs 1090 something dry. It also has a double lock type coupler... it has a bracket that goes over the coupler as a band but it also has a hook on the lock part for double security... in other words you know it's locked and secure. Now that I have the reasons I bought from them... the lat is price... I got this trailer about 500 less than a box store for similar size... theirs was 6.5x12. So if you are looking for a quality built trailer this is your place!!!

The customer service was great! He gave me a very fair deal on the trailer. Tommy also helped me out with a fair deal on a spare tire then he helped me mount on the trailer. He even gave me a hitch safety pin and helped me with hooking up the trailer. Thanks Tommy.

Thomas spent lots of time ensuring I knew everything there was to know about trailers before letting me drive off the lot. I really want to travel more and having a travel trailer will dramatically cut down the COVID exposure We have a Ford F-150 so we can tow one. Anyway, Tony came out and showed us 3 models. One new, two used. He repeats himself a lot. The used car type sales pitch. "We will train you on how to use it" when we asked questions about each trailer. That isn't the point dude We want to understand the different features of each unit. We only need to hear that they will train us on how to use it once Tony must have said that 15 times. It was annoying. He said it so many times, I finally had to tell him. We know you will train us, but we want to understand the features of each trailer. We had to figure out the differences ourselves. He couldn't seem to switch from the company sales pitch to explaining features of each. We are going to shop around and maybe we will come back. What would be great is having a "build sheet" that lists what is great about each trailer. Features such as: any warranty, weight, size of hot water tank, there has to be differences. What are done of them?
