I got new radiator, thermostat, and temp sensor. For some reason my temp gage needle decided to stop responding. I took my truck back to have the new sensor retested and they said it retested good. They assured me it was a dead gage and my truck will not overheat as long there are no leaks in the cooling system. Within my short phone call, I was able to set up an appointment to get a diagnostic and quote for my car. Then after a little bit of deliberation on my end, I was able schedule to get my car's exhaust system fixed and my windshield replaced in one day. What truly sets this place apart from other shops is how friendly and patient Dan is. Dan is the one who picked up my call. He held the door open for me when I first arrived at the shop when I got my car there for a quick diagnostic. He was ordering a Lyft for another customer and made sure it was a female driver for her and let me know that they offer free Lyfts to and from the shop. There is a massage chair as well as hot coffee and cold sodas for customers in their lobby. He answered all of my questions from my first phone call to all of my text messages to my last minute there when I picked up my car. He even listened to my ramblings of what happened before I brought my car to his shop. He's such an honest guy and I felt very taken care of. Even with the mishaps during my car's repair, he made sure the job was done in a day as he promised, staying a little after closing time. He truly embodies integrity from start to finish. Within 10 minutes, my car was finished, and I paid and left the fine establishment happy. Il definitely be back in the future for more oil changes due to the friendly service driven staff and quality of the products. The price was average for oil changes in the area, and they also give you a fully explained detailed receipt with prices and charges for the vehicle. .

I didn't have time at that moment but returned later in the day to have the tire checked. Because of the great warranty provided by discount tire, they were able to repair my tire at no charge! Totally worth the warranty. Not only that, but I arrived at 545 and they close at 6. There was no complaining, no come back tomorrow, no we don't have time to do that! I was greeted with several friendly faces and told it was no problem and they would fix it tonight. What is the point of offering appointments if they aren't honored?…read more I scheduled a 12:15 PM appointment specifically during my lunch break for a simple nail repair. The estimated completion time was 1:12 PM. When I arrived, I specifically asked whether appointments were actually honored, and I was assured that my vehicle was next. After waiting an entire hour, my car had not even moved from where I parked it. Meanwhile, I watched several other vehicles go in and out of the service bays. At that point, I asked for my keys and left. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated experience. The last time I scheduled an appointment here, I also waited well over an hour before they even started working on my vehicle. If a business offers scheduled appointments, customers should reasonably expect those appointment times to mean something. I understand that delays happen, but repeatedly making customers wait more than an hour just to begin service--without any communication or realistic expectation--is unacceptable. I will not be returning and will gladly take my business to a company that respects its customers' time. Corporate management should seriously review how appointments are being handled at this location.
