Purchased a custom refrigerator drawer package from Big Sandy in Gallipolis (Matt) to replace a 20+ year old set that matched the cabinets but is no longer made and no longer has parts available. They were able to order a comparably sized set that would take cabinet fronts that could be matched by a local cabinet shop. We thought we would get them installed and just have to add the fronts, but BS was unable to install due to special order. The delivery guys were so nice about helping me figure out what to do with the unit and took it to the basement for me to store until the Cabinet Shop can pick it up. They even carried it through the doorway rather than using the dolly due to potential size and damage. Finally, I really like the Big Sandy app that keeps you informed about where the delivery guys are and the amount of time until they arrive along with a phone call when they are close. read more

Got a great deal on all new appliances for my kitchen. They look great and so far are working great. Still trying to learn how to use them all! ( There all more high tech than my previous ones) The delivery went smoothly and the delivery guys were very helpful and careful unloading everything. I've purchased all my household appliances and furniture from Big Sandy for the past 22 years. I'm a long standing customer and will continue to be. You can't beat the quality for the price for there merchandise. We've purchased a lot over the years and never once had a problem with anything. We greatly appreciate that! Next is bedroom and living room furniture, so we'll be back again soon! Thanks again for the great customer service and our new and very nice appliances! Brett & Jessica Mahone read more

Went in the store simply to look and found the perfect living room suit. The sales lady was fabulous, helpful but not overbearing. We didn't feel rushed or like we we're being pushed to purchase. The furniture arrived sooner than expected and was promptly delivered. When they delivered, the loveseat had a rip in it and the delivery guy was great. He showed me the damage and said he would load it back up and take care of everything. Ive had delivery in the past that attempted to leave damaged items so it was nice to have a delivery guy that took pride and made sure we got quality items. Big Sandy delivered the replacement later in the same week and just in time for Christmas! Very happy with the experience from the "we're just looking" to the "your items have been delivered". read more

Was looking to purchase a new refrigerator, but found it was a better value if I got the 4 package. Refrigerato, stove, OTR microwav and dishwashe. Sammie was very knowledgeable on the items. The delivery went well. The guys were respectful of my house and belongings. Waiting on delivery, the tracking of my items was great. You would know how many deliveries they were going to make, what their ETA was going to be, and communication between all parties was very good. If you needed to make a short errand, you knew how much time you had to spare. My shopping and delivery at Big Sandy Superstore has been great. As far as the longevity of the products I purchased is yet to be seen. Will update in future, if need be. read more

I was very happy with the entire experience of buying a new refrigerator from Big Sandy. Sammy, the salesman did everything in his power to make it a pleasant experience. Jenny, the person I was mostly in contact with between the sale and the delivery was very helpful and courteous and allowed me to go on with my day not having to worry about when the delivery would come. And both drivers and their helpers were very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had t wait for a while for it to come from the factory and then the first one was damaged, so it took another week, but I fully understand and am grateful for the way everything was handled. read more

I love my living suit I got from Big Sandy. Megan was very patience with me because I wasn't sure what I wanted, so she helped me through the process. I had purchased one eight years ago and it was in very good shape, so I knew I would return to Big Sandy. It also helped that my daughter was the Manager of a Big Sandy store at that time. I got the light gray sofa with matching recliners. The delivery guys were nice and polite and knew exactly what they were doing, in and out in no time. I'm sure this living room suit will last me another 8 years or longer. But if I need a another one, I'll go to Big Sandy! read more

After ordering a new Samsung refrigerator a month ago when I needed a washer/dryer set the first place I thought to go was of course Big Sandy. So when I received them you can understand how disappointed I was when they were both dented on top. But they immediately sent another order through. I got my dryer one day and was fine and got my washer another day. Then again a dented washer. So I'm on my 3rd washer and 2nd dryer and I can say I Love them!!! After all the hassle and working with Big Sandy to resolve every issue I'd recommend them !! read more

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The furniture I purchased looks great in my newly refurbished home. They also worked with me on delivery times because my floors wasn't completely installed yet so they gave me extra time for that. Once I was ready for my furniture to be delivered they did all the work bringing it in for me and even put it in the areas where I needed it to be. Everything was perfect. Thank you, Angela Riffe Crabtree read more

Very nice and helpful. I didn't like that I had to wait so long when I buy something in store I like to have it, but that didn't change my rating due to I understand. I just moved here from more of a city type environment and I'm used to not having to wait but everywhere is different so I understand. But they were very nice and I love how I could track my delivery drive. Came on time and was very nice. read more
