Went in the store simply to look and found the perfect living room suit. The sales lady was fabulous, helpful but not overbearing. We didn't feel rushed or like we we're being pushed to purchase. The furniture arrived sooner than expected and was promptly delivered. When they delivered, the loveseat had a rip in it and the delivery guy was great. He showed me the damage and said he would load it back up and take care of everything. Ive had delivery in the past that attempted to leave damaged items so it was nice to have a delivery guy that took pride and made sure we got quality items. My wife and I just bought two recliners from the store in Gallipolis, We were visiting my sister and decided to stop in the store. Found the chairs we had been looking for with the help of the staff, This young lady was very nice and helpful so we purchased our recliners and she set us up a delivery date in Urbana Oh and also followed up with our order and kept in touch, I was emailed every step of the way on delivery with from a four-hour timeline down to ten minutes, showed up within 1-1/2 hours of my first notice, The delivery guys were great and carried my old sofa out for me and also very polite. Was looking to purchase a new refrigerator, but found it was a better value if I got the 4 package. Refrigerato, stove, OTR microwav and dishwashe. Sammie was very knowledgeable on the items. The delivery went well. The guys were respectful of my house and belongings. Waiting on delivery, the tracking of my items was great. You would know how many deliveries they were going to make, what their ETA was going to be, and communication between all parties was very good. If you needed to make a short errand, you knew how much time you had to spare. My shopping and delivery at Big Sandy Superstore has been great. I was very happy with the entire experience of buying a new refrigerator from Big Sandy. Sammy, the salesman did everything in his power to make it a pleasant experience. Jenny, the person I was mostly in contact with between the sale and the delivery was very helpful and courteous and allowed me to go on with my day not having to worry about when the delivery would come. And both drivers and their helpers were very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I love my living suit I got from Big Sandy. Megan was very patience with me because I wasn't sure what I wanted, so she helped me through the process. I had purchased one eight years ago and it was in very good shape, so I knew I would return to Big Sandy. It also helped that my daughter was the Manager of a Big Sandy store at that time. After ordering a new Samsung refrigerator a month ago when I needed a washer/dryer set the first place I thought to go was of course Big Sandy. So when I received them you can understand how disappointed I was when they were both dented on top. But they immediately sent another order through. I got my dryer one day and was fine and got my washer another day. Then again a dented washer. So I'm on my 3rd washer and 2nd dryer and I can say I Love them!!! I am extremely pleased with my purchase of an LG refrigerator from Big Sandy Superstore. The French Door is easy to open and stores a lot of food. The freezer on the bottom is very convenient. They also worked with me on delivery times because my floors wasn't completely installed yet so they gave me extra time for that. Very nice and helpful. I didn't like that I had to wait so long when I buy something in store I like to have it, but that didn't change my rating due to I understand. I just moved here from more of a city type environment and I'm used to not having to wait but everywhere is different so I understand.
