There is an egg bar where you can get freshly-made omelets, scrambled eggs, or other egg options. (I don't eat eggs, but my colleagues had nothing but good to say about their eggs.) You can find American breakfast foods, such as excellent bacon and sausage. Good selection of juices, coffee, and tea, of course.
The buffet is not cheap: we paid 43 Euros each day we ate there. You can make hotel reservations that include breakfast, and the cost adder is less than 43 Euros. You just need to eat every day to justify the expense. I don't think it will be hard to eat daily.
