I feel really bad about taking my vehicle to them, I think it was missed diagnosed, for an idler arm and Pitman arm when it was actually the steering box, they tried to charge me $1099 to fix them, I told them no thank you to The service advisor he told me I owe them $150 to diagnosed it. I agreed to pay for a $189 Alignment package to get my car back, When I went to have it aligned, they told me that the alignment pins were missing and I needed to pay $160 per set And there were three sets missing. I put the pins in myself $30 This is what I got me mad I told them to give me my vehicle. They did refund me my Alignment package and I went somewhere else. It turns out I put $500 and just parts and the problem still isn't fixed. Thanks rip off big O. read more

Where do I begin! We woke up early to get a nice head start to Brighton but lo and behold our tire light was on! Our pressure was super low! We saw that Big O tires opened at 7:30. We went there and they were able to take us in immediately. We were out in 25 mins with our tire patched. The guys there were so kind and friendly! Waiting area was very clean! This review is about customer service. They made a mistake in sending me to the wrong location and decided to blame others instead of taking responsibility or offering a sincere apology. I felt very belittled by the employee who addressed the problem. What started off as a small mistake has had a large impact on me. I made an appointment , ordered tires and got a quote. When I played for the tires, they charged me more than $150 above what I was quoted. The explanation I got was "apparently the quote didn't include the labor cost". Why would a quote not include the labor cost? I've been going here for many years but never again. You don't give a quote like that. Update: I spoke to the location and the customer service line. Their answer was "installation is not included in the quote. That's how we stay competitive ". Why would that not be included? I can't just wish them onto my vehicle. I have 5 vehicles. I've been going here since they opened and to Big O for a long time. I will be taking my business elsewhere, even if I have to pay a bit more. Misleading business practice. And there are lots of places I can take my vehicles. Jeep in trouble Today I had to take my 2008 Jeep Wrangler in to Big O at 2158 west and 12600 South to get looked at. Mr Mike Moosman put it up on the rack and called me out to look at the "damage" and explained everything that needed to be done in great detail. These people don't pull any punches and do not hide anything . They tell you exactly what they are going to do and exactly what needs to be done . I love them . I was excited that a Big-O opened this close to my house. Brought my new (to me) 370Z in for 4 new tires. Compared to other places I had been, decent selection in stock (both front and rear sizes). Victor, whom I think is the store manager was helpful and professional both over the phone and in person. But...keeping in mind I have owned the car for about 4 weeks. And I used to be a tire technician for Big-O 35 years ago. I was watching through the window of the visitor lounge while they worked. At one point I wanted to see if they were balancing the tires with the heavy aluminum decorative valve stem caps on. They weigh enough that it can throw the balance off. I moved to the other side of the showroom, near the desks and was looking at my tire which was on the mounting machine right next to the door, through the glass in the door. And a group of the tire techs lost their minds. "WHAT THE F***!? THAT GUYS F***ING STARING!?! I MEAN LIKE WHAT THE F***?!?! F*** THAT GUY!!! Everybody has a right to complain, but maybe be a little mindful of the customer your losing your shit about hearing you through a swinging shop door. So, as far as I'm concerned the horrible unprofessionalism of the shop crew have lost the additional work I was going to bring in this this weekend (truck, boat trailer, 5th wheel all need tires) and I'm telling my story here. There are many other places I can go to be abused, that may do it a little more quietly. Also, from a purely technical standpoint I watched the same group of techs reef the lug nuts down with the air gun and then cursorily throw a torque wrench on 1 lug nut on the left front (the one I was watching through the door) then walk off. So I'll head home and re-torque it myself. Update: This was about 3500 miles ago and I have been debating wether or not to post this ever since. The fact that I'm going to need to find somewhere else to get my rotation done, rather than be able to take it to the place where I have already paid for it clinches it. By the way, the lugs were indeed reefed down WAY to tightly. read more

I came here because I had a slow leak in one of my tires, due to running over a screw. I knew I was going to need new tires for the winter, so when new tires were recommended I was not surprised. I was given an estimate for the tires I wanted (which needed special ordering), and a second estimate for a close comparison. I was appreciative that the service advisor took the time to provide me with my options. He additionally went above and beyond by helping me get additional savings on the entire purchase of 4 new tires. Since my tire purchase, I had to have a license plate changed. The license plate bolts however, were on so tight that after several failed attempts made by other mechanics, I was told a repair job would be necessary which would result in add costs. In hopes of avoiding that route, I stopped by Big O to see if they could help....and they did! They removed the plates at no charge and no add. repairs were needed. Plus, they got me in right away. Thank you Big O of Riverton for taking great care of me and my car. You guys are the Best! read more

Took my car in with a blowout on my tire. Replaced 2 tires and the Chay let me know exactly how long and kept in constant contact if things were running behind. I better service over Discount tire! I will take my car here for everything! read more

Hey guys just know go to this big and pay $200 for for a fuel filter or just don't use big o tire and save money

I took my 1999 Toyota Tacoma in for a fuel filter and they charged me $200 just to change a fuel filter that I could have done myself for $40 so I definitely won't be coming back ever again. read more
