Today we brought in our Honda because the front left tire (driver side) kept triggering our TPMS light on the dash and come to find out a huge nail/screw was just resting in-between the threads causing the leak to set off our TPMS light. Hubby said that Big O Tires is the one who services our tires and that's where we pointed our compass. Upon arrival, Adam, the manager at Big O Tires was professional and stated that he could repair the tire and in no time flat (pun intentionally intended) he was on the tire, handled the Bizness and off we rolled to our next venture! I came here desperately seeking help for my tire that went completely flat while I was working driving Uber. I came in at 3pm and he told me it will take three hours to change my tire because they were fully booked when as you can see in the photos there's only four of us and two came after me. As I asked for the price he gave me three different prices and he asked me to sign the receipt with no questions asked. I asked him what was on the receipt and he told me I can take my business somewhere else if I have so many questions for him. I asked the other staff member for advice and she told me she has nothing to say because he's the boss. So I agreed to sign and continue business with him and he told me not to look at him, I was so baffled. I had to keep my mouth closed because I needed the service because I couldn't drive my car anymore. He had no compassion and was using his authority to intimidate me, telling me not to look at him while we're having a conversation. If I wasn't desperate for service I would and never will do any business with this company let alone this location.. I'm highly disappointed on the service I've felt with today. read more

Really glad I found this Big O Tires location. They go above and beyond with servicing my car every time I bring it in. After calling multiple places to replace a tire, I was grateful to hear that they had the exact match I needed for my vehicle. Another time I came in to see if they could fix a leak in a different tire and they had my car in and out in 30 minutes. From the start, the staff was welcoming and efficient, but I want to give a special shoutout to Yessie, who truly went above and beyond! And it allowed me to make an appointment. because my vehicle does not come with a spare, I had to be towed to the tire shop only to find that they did not have My tires in stock. I was really pressed for time and starting to freak out a little bit because I really needed to get to work. Cameron I believe was his name was super helpful. He really saved the day. He ordered the tires and I just had to wait a few hours. He made sure the techa got done with my vehicle as quickly as they could. They even squeezed in time for an oil change. So I live in Long Beach and have been a customer of Big O Tires for something like 22+ years though I've had different phone numbers for that time so it'd be hard to connect me in their system as 20 years ago I'd probably have linked a few landlines. I digress. As for my latest visit Cameron and Savuth, they gave me a great deal for a flat tire basically a Michelin vs a Pirelli and had the Michelin in inventory, my car in and out of the garage in about 40 min and mind you there were plenty if people ahead of me. I was also there with my daughter and they easily accommodated when I needed to grab my daughter's bottle and milk refill for her. All in all an outstanding location. Customer service is top notch as is their quality, speed and reliability. All the Service Managers are also extremely friendly and easy to work with, I would have been remiss if I didn't acknowledge how great they treated myself and my family. They did a great job. Today was an amazing experience! We noticed the tire pressure on our left. Front tire was down significantly. I called big O tires on the Pacific Coast Highway because we don't live far from it. Adam answered the phone. He was amazingly kind and sweet took his time and told me to come by. My husband is disabled 100% and can't walk but he can drive so he was driving the car. We got there I went in and immediately Adam had one of his guys I think his name was Anthony come out and look at the tire take it off and it needed a patch. It probably got done with care and kindness. I can't even tell you what a great experience it was and how nice Adam treated every single person that came up to the desk and talk to him. Awesome! Never fails. Driving around Long Beach running errands and my TPMS light comes on. I've lost 10 lbs from my right rear tire, but was able to get my Tesla to BigO Tires. As I pulled in, I was greeted by a Big O smiling face asking how he can help. Told him my TPMS was alerting to low tire pressure in my passenger rear wheel. He showed me to the waiting room and asked for the key card. After a few moments, he came back and said "there's a nail right in the middle, I'll get it patched up right away." I waited a little bit longer and he came back, handed me my key card and his business card and told Me to enjoy the rest of my day. With the TPMS clear I was on my way. Stopped in do to a tail light issue. Not my first time here they have done tires for me and brakes. Never try to push a service that is not needed. In this case they diagnostic indicated a problem with electrical connections and they don't do this service. So no charge . The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Parking is easy . I can't say enough good things about this place. Every interaction I've had here has been nothing but positive. The first time I came in was last week when my tire pressure light came on and I needed help filling my tires. I told Tony what was going on and he quickly asked me which car was mine. They helped me immediately, were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Most importantly, they didn't make me feel silly or uncomfortable for not knowing how to do it myself, which I really appreciated. When the tire light came on again the following week, I knew exactly where to go. Tony rememebred me, which made the experience even better. He was able to get my car in to one of the technicians to look at my car earlier than my scheduled appointment and Sav and Anthony had my tire fixed incredibly fast -- I think my car was in the shop for maybe 30 minutes total. The service here is fast, professional, and genuinely friendly. You can tell the employees care about helping people and take pride in what they do.
