"We don't want to rob you of your money so we'll check the alignment for free." COULDN'T BE MORE FALSE. I had new tires installed at a different Big O Tires two months ago and the alignment was covered under a 6 month, 6,000 mile warranty - which they claimed they couldn't honor because they didn't have any information about it. If the alignment was out (which they falsely claimed it was) it was covered at ANY Big O Tires location at no charge - but apparently not by their rules. Absolute crooks. What I presume was the shift lead (or store manager) on 4/14/23 around 4pm was wearing sunglasses indoors and trying to convince his colleague to sell me an extended coverage plan when I mentioned to them I was confident I already had coverage since I had only logged 1,000 miles. They neglected to mention that the conditions I described to them wouldn't have even been related to alignment, I needed my tires rebalanced, which was ALSO covered by warranty. Not only have I since confirmed that (either intentionally or unintentionally) their "free alignment" measurement is inaccurate, I also witnessed them tell a similar tale to another customer who was there for a simple oil change. It's clear they're only interested in helping you if they can see dollar signs above your head or believe they can take advantage of you. Went in for an oil change on my BMW X3. During the process a large container of oil was spilled into the engine compartment of my vehicle. Enough oil spilled that a huge amount of engine oil passed through the engine onto the shop floor. The techs worked for 3hours, which I had to wait, to clean up the engine and all the components. A large amount of degreaser was used in the process and tons of handwork done by techs to remove the oil and still there is oil on my garage floor today. After requesting that the operator pay for a review of the engine components to ensure no damage was done, the owner refused. I got the vehicle over to them and it got taken in instantly and they're amazing awesome fun cool technicians were more than happy to answer any questions that I had. BEWARE: SCAM I bought four new tires from them and paid extra for the "repair warranty." A few weeks later I had a flat so I took it back to them and they patched the tire. The next morning, the tire was flat again. They refused to replace it. They said patching is all they would do under warranty and if it didn't work, too bad. I brought my car for an oil change and tire rotation. I let the service writer know I replaced the rear tires not long ago because they got flats and so were newer. I mentioned this to emphasize my need for the tire rotation. When I picked up the car it was clear the left side had not been swapped. After the guy at the counter reviewed the security footage, confirming that the mechanic didn't swap the left side, he went ahead and did it himself. I guess the mechanic had gone home. I felt bad for the guy who had to fix it, this probably happens a lot. I think they do a great job on working on cars but they need a little help with customer service you walk in both older gentlemen are looking down and don't even bother to greet you I have to walk up and explain what I needed as I'm talking to one of the gentlemen he picks up the phone and starts making a call right in the middle of me asking him a question. I found this business online and they had a very easy online reservation process and a coupon special which seemed very fair to me. I made the reservation a couple of days ago. I arrived 20 mins early and was promptly greeted and welcomed. My service was an oil change and wheel rotation & balance. The price was accurately quoted and a fair amount of time was given for when my car would be ready. Everything went exactly as scheduled and expected. So, today my car let me know I needed to get air in 2 of my tires. I called this location before arriving to make sure they could put air in. I didn't know where to go, so I parked and went inside. 2 guys were in there, but didn't even acknowledge me. I guess neither of them knew how to multi task. I stood there for what seemed to be forever, as they both picked up the phone and made calls. One even left to go to the garage. I finally spotted Michael, who was a total gentleman. He checked my tires and added air where it was needed. He, is the only reason I am rating this place a 2. It is so sad to know that this still exists.
