Terrible customer service. Booked appointment online for 5pm. Show up to we don't make appts at 5 but I see it in the system and it was accepted don't know who it was. Asked me to wait 40 plus minutes(540) to even been seen for a 5pm appt. Will not be back. Might want to follow up if you don't accept appts or better yet remove the option to book a 5pm appt. read more

I've gone here for about 2 years for tires/suspension which has been good. I took the chance to have them do a fuel injection service, which resulted in costly emission system problems shortly after. I just took my car back to the dealer to fix the issues. I'll probably just stick to them for tire related concerns, but then again, a lot more box stores have opened up in the area. read more

I've been a customer of this Big O for over 3 years since I moved to the Falcon area. From a tire perspective and general customer service, I've been pleased. The problem I have, is every single time I take any of my vehicles in for something as simple as a "free tire rotation and balance", they find hundreds, and sometimes thousands dollars of repairs my vehicle needs. I've caught them flat our lying to me on multiple occasions. A diesel fuel filter change they quoted me 2.9 hours of labor plus parts totaling $875.00. I bought the parts myself for $120 and replaced the 2 filters in 56 minutes, and I've never done it before. Today, they told me my battery had a crack in it and wanted $180 for a battery and $140 for LABOR to put in. We had just bought this battery within the last 6 months at AutoZone for $185 and they installed in in 5 minutes for free. Just went to AutoZone, and nothing is wrong with my battery. They told me I needed brakes, front and rears. I paid them over $2000 to do the brake week. Three months later I went for a rotate and balance, and told me I needed front brakes again. SERIOUSLY!!!!! This store and the employees are flat out LIARS and THIEVES. This is typical financially incentivized upselling. Don't believe them and get 2nd opinions. Les Schwab opened a new tire and service center in Falcon. That's where my business is going. read more

Another awesome visit to Big O.. my tire pressure kept going low so I took it in to Big O and left it with them..... they were courteous, helpful and friendly. They had the tire repaired within an hour after drop off and called us to say it was ready.. somehow I had a small puncture and they repaired it at no charge.. so thankful for the people that work there.... On a busy holiday weekend I found a large nail in my tire and needed to get it fixed. I went to Big O tires in Falcon and they were great. They were only open another 2 hours and would be closed on Monday and had at least 10 cars in front of me but they fit me in and had my tire fixed in just over an hour with no charge. Went in and purchased windshield wipers, turns out they didn't have the right ones for my car in store. One of the guys from the Falcon Big O drove to the store that had the correct windshield wipers for me. All after they closed. This is not my first time here, and every time I come, it's great service. It's awesome when you actually make an appointment somewhere, the business takes it seriously and gets your car in on time and out in a timely manner. I waited one hour for an oil change. That's how long they told me it would be to get it done and that's how long it took. Bethany is always nice, greets everyone, not just me, at the store. During the time I'm there, she will offer me water, totally nice of her, and check up on the status of my car if she sees me waiting still and gives me an update. Does she needs to do that? No, but it sure makes you feel like you are not forgotten and that they are on top of things. Thanks for doing an awesome job. I will keep coming back and recommend others. read more

I took my company veh to get an oil change and check the breaks. They tried to sell my Company an air filter but they keep records and it was not old. After I pick it up I needed the washer fluid after the snow store only to find I had none. I had trouble seeing until I could stop and get some. I guess they were more worried about sells than service. I'll go somewhere else. Also told my company to tell the others not to go. Too many veh service places to not give good service. Could not wait for Big O to come to Falcon. We used to drive to Filmore for the service. Now we have that same GREAT service right here two miles from home. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I placed an online reservation for Saturday, 18 April, for four tire replacement, alignment inspection, and oil change on 14 April. When I dropped my vehicle off, and after I left, I was called [Manager 1] and informed that my reservation could not be seen in the system. I was then asked to forward my email to the store so they could see it, and was told they would have to contact IT to inquire why the reservation never went through. I was then asked since the tires I requested were not on hand, that I leave the vehicle over the weekend and was reassured my vehicle would be completed by Monday morning, 20 April. Monday, 20 April, around 1230 p.m., I have yet to receive a phone call of the status of my vehicle, so I call to inquire. I was informed that, the individual would have to find the work request and keys, and that the vehicle would be ready by 3:45 p.m. Eh, okay. As I pass by the shop at about 3:30 p.m. to go pick up my vehicle, I can see my vehicle on a lift, with an oil drain container under it. I feel positive. While waiting to be helped, my vehicle comes out of the bay and is parked in the parking lot. I walk over to do s quick inspection. No new tires. Shop closes at 4 p.m. It is 4 p.m. no new tires. I request to speak with manager 2, who finally informs me that they have three of the four tires, and the fourth was coming from another distributor in Denver, who does not deliver to them on Monday's. Back story of the Denver distributor, is that when Manager 1 placed the order, Denver didn't relay that information. I pay for the oil change. Take my vehicle, told Manager 2 to call me when they have the tires, and I'll come back in. Tuesday, 22 April, I receive a call around 12:00 stating they have the tires, and will fit me in at 2:30. Cool, they have an hour and half before closing to replace four tires and conduct a free alignment inspection. I take my vehicle in at 2:30 and wait. Work is completed by 4:00. Mind you, I had a spare on as my left rear tire was gouged by a shard of metal. My spare was properly replaced, was provided the status of my alignment, and was informed my Tire Pressure Sensor light will turn off after a very short drive. Bottom line is that the only thing I can fault Cameron, Scott, and Justin is some minor communication to me of the status of the logistical and IT issues they ran into, that was really out of their control. Having to change the way they conduct business because of the current COVID-19 situation, having not only to protect the customers by changing customer interaction, but the safety of the mechanics as well is stressful. I applaud their resiliency and composure during this time, while being short staffed. In the end, I can attest to both sides of the coin. As a customer, and Maintenance Supervisor. 23 years in the Army maintaining its equipment under ever changing situations, trying to decipher the customers request, and meeting their intent and time line can be tough. Having nice staff should help offset service, but you're not there to find a new best friend. Generally speaking, you expect that when you buy brand new tires, you get tires that don't have constant air leaks. I got my tires end of June. Though I appreciated the advice on which tires are better for CO conditions and the price matching they did for me, they put the wrong tires on my car (I ended up getting a better deal out of it though so there's a plus there), but I wasted another hour or 2 having them put the right ones on. A week later my tire light goes on, I go to them to inquire about it and to also mention that I didn't think the alignment and balance was done properly. They made slight tweeks and put air in the tire. A week later again, I brought it to the big o tires in co springs because the tire light came on yet again and because I was closer to that location at that time. I told them specifically don't just put air and to check out the problem. They said the valve was loose and everything was set. Well, 4 days later the light turned on again. I haven't had the chance to go back to them to see what my options are, but I don't know how much I'd trust them. This place is the kind of business that isn't here to make your experiences seamless. It's not the most convenient to keep stopping at a gas station and spending money for air. Update: I originally gave 2 stars because car problems make people unpleasant and I've spent more time frequenting the shop than the mountains. That's not really what you want to do the first month of moving to the area... I'd take back saying that this "business isn't here to make your experiences seamless." If there is a problem they try hard to rectify it. Perhaps, we should have checked out the tires the first time I went to them instead of just put air because it turned out there was already a nail in it! David really wants to provide good customer service and his pleasant demeanor makes it easy to go back and not want to be the worst verison of yourself. One difference I've noticed between the 2 locations (here and co springs), is that the waiting area is far more comfortable to stay at. We may have had a rough start, but I'd consider still going back to them in the future. Also, I'd recommend clearing the VM so people don't end up leaving Yelp reviews to communicate their problems ;) read more

Been here multiple times so this is a review from multiple experiences. They forgot to do my alignment somehow and sent me home and i had to come back to get it checked because it still felt wrong which is when i was informed it apparently never got an alignment in the first place. Another time when i picked up my car from getting new tires it was already flat on one tire because of a crack in the rim which they shouldve informed me about as other shops ive been to have in the past whenever something i should know about is found. Most recently i requested a rebalance and rotation of my tires as the fronts had worn down quite a bit faster and i know some wheel weights have fallen off. They refused to do so as my tread on a tire was too low, so i had to rotate my tires myself and i guess just forget about balancing it. Clean shop, friendly staff, however, everytime i leave here i seem to be disappointed with the service. read more

Never have I had such a poor experience. I worked with these guys on my Ford Fusion a while back and when they flushed out my fluids they got bubbles in the lines. I returned it immediately and they charged me for a "bad cap" even though there was not a single bubble in the lines until they exchanged the fluid. I didn't feel like fighting them and just accepted the hit. (Found out later this was a load of crock as they accidentally got air in the lines and it was not my cap.) I got a lot repaired with them and even with everything being fixed they missed a MAJOR issue showing my valve cover gasket was busted and leaking oil. It took a mobile mechanic to point out to me that there was oil all over the top of my engine and he suggested the repair. Sure enough it was bad and ended up being the death of the engine shortly after I got it repaired because for some time my engine was running low on oil. Not blaming Big O for the busted engine just incredibly shocked they couldn't notice oil covering my engine and suggested a fix. read more

Even though I have a lifetime alignment through Big O this Shop turned me away wasting three hours of my day sitting there just for them to tell me they can't do it because my lifetime alignment only applies to certain stores I think it's bullshit and they shouldn't even be allowed to sell that if that is an option I would've never bought a lifetime alignment knowing that where I may possibly move in the future Like moving to falcon now I have to drive all the way to Colorado Springs to get an alignment even though I live in Falcon I think it's bullshit and I will never go to these people for any kind of service ever again and I would not recommend going there unless you want your time to be wasted read more

Used to be a great place, that had a gal at the counter that was awesome. Today I had an APPOINTMENT for an oil change at 10am. At 1:00 pm they still hadn't even pulled my car in to start working on it. I'm taking time off work to wait on it and in 3 hours they can't start. The guy at the counter was very dismissive. I asked for keys back and he gave me a flippant sorry about that. Very upset with their lack of caring. read more

First time in this brand new location and from the time I step out of my car and into the door there was a warm and friendly welcome from the team members, but one guy that stood out and went above and beyond was Pablo, he not only helped resolve the issues but gave me options which is not very common in most places...the overall service was superb and very welcoming.
