Since they were still at the same physical location, my dad was able to visit mom when he wished to do so. Both areas are homey and well maintained. Although my parents passed away, my Father-in-law is currently living there and we find the operation still superb. The food served is above restaurant quality and the service is excellent. The key point, however, is the quality of the staff. From management to direct service personnel to housekeeping to maintenance staff, each and every person is caring, interested, and competent at what they do. I see no area for which I could suggest any improvement. I believe Green Tree is an excellent operation and I recommend it without hesitation!

After she experienced the care, compassion and kindness from the staff she felt comforted in knowing he's taken care of. They treat their patients well. Some of the comforting things I noticed, were if they don't like the dinner, they'll give them something they do like. They care. You'll see nurses singing with the ladies. You'll see them giving patients hugs who might be crying. You'll also see them helping the patients who aren't eating. My dad is a fall risk and they're very protective of him and even have him hanging out with them at the nurses station so he doesn't get up and fall. It's refreshing to experience a place who cares and if you're looking for that I highly recommend them. Kindest, Jennifer Kahtz

I have never had a hearing aid until now. About 2 years ago my hearing in my good ear starting declining. I decided it was time, I checked several places but Advanced Hearing had much more knowledgeable people and I was very impressed with their product. I have the pride model with the remote and Bluetooth capability. I have heard things I didn't even know about. The refrigerator chiming when ice/water is selected, the micro wave beeping when it is done, I can understand words of songs which I was truly missing, but the best thing is I can have a conversation with my wife, grand kids and friends. I don't have to have them repeat something 3 or 4 times and then finally say ok when I really didn't understand them. My only regret is that I didn't get it sooner. More than satisfied Robert Pigg
