But there was many issues with the rental. First of all, downstairs basement had a musty smell. Although there was a dehumidifier in place, a couple of my friends started feeling unwell after spending one night down in the basement. Second of all there was a gas leak at the grill so we couldn't use the grill at all in fear that that doing so would cause a fire. In additional, the dock at the lake was so rotted my friend got a big splinter in her feet! Also the lawn chairs were literally falling apart when someone sits on them! All of these things weren't be a big deal if the owners are helpful and compassionate , but instead they've become so greedy and judgmental even though they called themselves good Christians. We left a good review for previously hoping they can remedy the situation and we can move pass it but none prevail. It makes hard for me to want to refer this place to anyone in fear of their safety.

If you are a "omg, please God don't give me a muscadine grape" this can be your tour. We had three ladies on our tour who are very into wines and who have traveled the world doing wine tours, while we didn't go home with a case of wine, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of North Georgia wineries. The wine tasting experience was comparable to the others in the world, we enjoyed our experience.

When I arrived they were working on fixing water pipes but helped guide my car around where they were digging. Upon entry the tiny house was noticeably clean and great care was taken to make you feel comfortable. The bathroom was huge considering it was a tiny house with a full bathtub and shower. There was plenty of room to move around and the kitchen had just enough essentials as well as some breakfast items. I had one friend come and stay for a night and Jim was very accommodating as I had only indicated one person on the reservation. The picnic table and fire pit outside were perfect for the fall weather that left the evenings with a slight chill. This place is close to a lot of hiking and they have great recommendations in their welcome folder when you arrive. The bed was very comfortable and there were ample outlets for chargers and anything else needed! I would highly recommend this place and plan on going back soon.

Once we arrived Bella showed us around, talked about the history and Shane helped carry our luggage to the room. We booked the Elizabeth and loved it! It's in a great location, parking is included and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Our room was comfortable, clean and we enjoyed Christmas decorations. The breakfast; wow! Delicious and a great learning experience for us. Bella made and served breakfast and explained each course. We plan on returning to Toccoa and hopefully can get a room again at the Simmons-Bond, they only have 5. Highly recommended.

Our only complaint was the room which was "The Colleen". Dan did not try and sugar coat it and told us that it was the smallest room at the B&B and he was spot on. While my wife and I are both small and petite there was still just enough room for the both of us but barely. The bathroom is hidden behind a secret bookshelf which was cool and unique but very tiny and cramped. Just something to keep in mind if you end up staying in that room. Other than that the place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again just hopefully in one of the other rooms if available.

We finally got through via the chat bot on the website only to be written back to several hours later that they were all on a European Tour that would last through Oktoberfest, and the tours were not running. It would be helpful to have this information on the website so folks do not think that it is broken, and waste time looking for something that is not running. Very disappointed we will not be able to do this.

I was so Nervous about the thought of flying. I no longer drive in the cities that are large. I do not get on the roads where I may get runned over. I talked Peggy etc. We stop at a rest stop and it was fun. I got a fresh pretzel. Peggy showed me about putting Butter on it. That was really good. Even better sharing it with my little dog Nickie. I highly rate Advantage Shuttle. The vehicles are clean and run very well. OHHH!!! Drivers are well above #1 Why drive down to Atlanta Airport and fight the crazy drivers.
