Worst customer service ever I went to this location…read moreyesterday and grabbed a few items and when I got to the checkout area there were 4 lights on over 4 registers, 2 cashiers and 1 person standing behind the counter doing nothing. I understand that the lights over the register indicates that it is open for business, where were the cashiers and why did the one person that was standing there just turn the lights off if there were no cashiers. I went to put my items down to leave and she tried to tell me I had to wait. I just walked out. Now, I have been reading the reviews on google and yelp and there are a lot of the same comments being made over multiple years. Do they just not care why has nothing been done about it if that many people are complaining about the customer service then why not start by firing the hiring manager due to not being able to hire competent people. Why is TjMaxx just sending out standard apologies. After a couple times it's not acceptable Im with the others in that I think I will stay away from TjMaxx from now on.

The store is kept clean and inviting. The checkout process doesn't usually take a long time, even when there's a line, and I like all of the trinkets you can look at along the shelves when you line up before the cashiers. This plaza's parking lot fills up easily, and with one way traffic throughout the lot, it can take a lot of time getting stuck behind someone waiting to park or looking for a space. But the staff is usually friendly and helpful, and there's always something cute to buy.

The only good section in the store were shoes . Clothing was so bland that nothing caught my eye which is so disappointing, handbags were 1/5 and no good designer sunglasses. I ended up with a few pairs of great heels but no accessories , clothing etc fir use Service was good abut holy wow if you have to use the bathroom while shopping , run to find someone because the door is only opened with a code. The "We Don't Do Sales" Mall…read more Yesterday was Mother Daughter Day and after not seeing my mother for over 30 days I wanted to give her a proper Tampa day. The bay, the walkways, some shopping, and a stop at Columbia Restaurant which honestly was not good. Then we went to International Plaza and Bay Street thinking we would do what we always do. Browse, hunt, and find something great on sale. That is how WE shop. We walked into Altar'd State and asked where the sale section was. We were told they do not do sales there. Not even a small rack in the back. .. thought maybe it's just that store Then we went into Dillard's and asked the same question. The woman looked us up and down like we had three heads and gave us the same answer. Finally I made the realization . . This mall is built for people who pay full price and do not question it. To be fair, it is beautiful. Clean, polished, very well put together. A strong mix of stores and a surprising number of high end brands. Completely different than what I expected and it threw me off my game. But there is no thrill here. No hunt. No digging. No moment where you find that one piece that makes the whole trip worth it. Have fun shopping at full price here. I am not one of those people. I do not pay full retail ever and I am not starting now. And I know plenty of wealthy people who can afford to pay full price and they will not do it either. They know better.

It's been a while since I've been here and they definitely have a wide variety of stores. We did stop by and see the Easter bunny. The staff was super nice. They were doing a little dances and keeping the kids entertained. Also, we did find the coffee shop called E bar near Nordstrom. Which was pretty good actually. For lunch, we did stop at the food court, but I wouldn't eat there again. The food was terrible at wok o holic. There is better food outside the food court.

She also tries to cover her misdoing by saying she "informed" me that the other item was non exchangable after 3 days when it says no returns not exchanges. Some people only care about making sales, i can buy Polo anywhere its the sales teams that make or break a location and i wont be buying from Cristina from Russia anymore.

I am making a note that Bisque 320 does a nice job of covering up my acne chin! I even got a sample because at $57 + tax for 1oz. Of foundation, I'm willing to wait until they run a special. I also checked out their purse section since I need a new cross body bag, but lackluster options in the Clearance section and seemed picked over. Designer bags like Michael Kors & Kate Spade available and feel like better prices at an outlet or online directly.
