Sometimes the food items are a little low, the beauty and bath items can be lower, but the majority of items are always well stocked. The seasonal, party, and crafts items are ALWAYS full. If you can't find it, you don't need it. It's always hit or miss on the hard to find items and the $5 Spot is also hit or miss. The store is huge. It's a well known store for those of us obsessed with Dollar Tree and it's always well picked over. But don't let that deter you from shopping. I promise you won't walk out empty handed! The service is mixed. Sometimes you get great people and sometimes you get people yelling at each other about something. Also do mind the parking lot. This is not a hit against Dollar Tree as they can't help it, but the parking lot is sketchy. There's been plenty of break ins due to Planet Fitness but I have not been broken into.

They still offer 50% discounts depending on tag color. Their carts are the one's with poles to prevent them from being removed from the premises. This is how it is done in my home town. This big burley guy kept approaching my 11 year old granddaughter and her 9 and 7 year old siblings because they reached the toy section before I did. Though I used a different isle to get there, I was there before he reached them. When I asked him why he was approaching them he said he wanted to say something because even though he saw me ...they got there before I did. Made no sense to me but whatever. Moments later he was saying something to her again. This time we were all in the same isle. I could see them all. They were just standing waiting for me while I looked at dresses. I asked now what is the problem? His response made no sense. He actually approached her for the third time. I asked him to leave her alone and to speak to me the adult if there was a problem. It felt stalkish. These are well mannered children not running, not talking loud and not touching items that would make them unsafe. Why he kept approaching the kids and not me I could not understand. He just kept saying it is Goodwill's policy. Then he goes and get a manager and told her I requested her.. The manager tells me about Goodwill policy and I explained that I am right there with the children so are you saying they are not welcome because we are only trying to shop liKenat any other store. She told me "This is not any other store , this is Goodwill And this is our policy"I am confused. Am I not allowed to bring children with me ? Do I have to submit my grand children to harassment if I do? Just because they are children does not give you the right to disrespect them just as they are not allowed to disrespect their elders ( which is what they are taught). How would you feel if it was your children? Is Goodwill not A family friendly environment? I feel if an adult is present and you are a grown man .... you should approach the adult and not repeatedly approach an eleven year old girl. I have lived in the area for about 8 years and have never had an issue with this location. The…read morepeople are usually friendly and helpful and they usually keep it pretty stocked. Today, I went shopping with my 4 year old daughter. We were in the kids section shopping and my daughter picked something up and I told her to put it back where she found it. An associate immediately came up to her and said "give me that, I'm going to put it back where it belongs." As my daughter walked back to me I hear the associate complaining about things being all over the floor, basically blaming it all on my daughter. We continued to shop in another area to which the associate came into a few minutes later and said that my daughter was dropping stuff all over the floor and leaving messes everywhere and told her to get out. I was right there with her....and there were other children that had been in that section that could have easily made a mess. I literately don't know how you can be so rude and point fingers at someone when it could have easily been someone else, not to mention.... that is what she was getting paid to do.... her job is to literally go through the store and pick up and organize things. I worked in retail for 12 years, I get that you want to keep things neat, but don't be rude to paying customers. And you wonder why the area is going down and businesses don't last... it's because of people like her. Customer service matters and how you treat people matters. I've spent plenty of money there over the past eight years..... and they'll never see another dime from me.

They had a very different inventory so I was not able to find anything of interest and those really cute sandals had sold out in my size. Uggghh! However, I can say that the store smelled and looked very clean. Every single department was in order and designed so that customers were able to easily find what they needed. This store is in the same shopping center as Ross and Burlington and I have noticed that they all carry the same theme: Keep it clean and organized! Whatever they are doing, it is working because I would definitely to return to shop here in the future. For a Saturday afternoon, the store was very quiet and one could actually shop in peace. Also, there was not a long line of tired and frustrated customers which is frequently the case at my local store. Although this store is quite a distance from my home,I would have no problem returning to shop on future visit to this area. It was my pleasure!
