So now we have to wait a couple of weeks for the next available appointment. It took me over an hour between chatting and phone calls to accomplish this. When I called, I had two hangups. Had to call a third time. I now have a headache from all of this nonsense. The sales department is great, but the service dept. is as bad as it can possibly be. There was zero mention that someone had to be physically present at the property -- not in the store, not in the confirmation email, and not in any of the text messages. I even had a door code ready and was available by phone, but that wasn't acceptable to them either. The communication failures at every stage -- in-store, via text, and during delivery coordination -- were unacceptable. This will be the last time I purchase from Bob's. If you value clear communication and reliable delivery, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
