The store was very busy and only one (1) cashier, while the line had twelve (12) customers with carts full of products. I notice the only cashier was trying best she could but couldn't keep up. The store Manager Lucinda and another employee was standing in the isle watching, and doing nothing but ignoring people turning to them HOPING we could get some help. To NO AVAIL. When I got home I called and talked with Lucinda asking her why she didn't offer to help. She said it wasn't necessary because there wasn't enough to be CONCERNED ABOUT. I asked her for the district manager's name so I could contact him/her. She told me she didn't have one at the time because they were all moving around. I find that very difficult to believe. I then asked if she could give me company headquarters, to which she replied ."find it yourself". If this is the kind of help your company provides YOUR IN BIG TROUBLE. . However, with the kind of help and response from Lucinda, if she is any reflection on customer service, I doubt I will hear anything back. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SENT 3/12/17
