Return policy and Military discount policy are both terrible. My wife tried to return a pair of…read morepants that didn't fit due to the low quality and very wrong fit for XL pajama pants. Never had such a poor fit and cut before these. They were bad. The worst part is my wife shredded the receipt by accident and the store would not offer refund. I can't think of another store that won't honor using the credit card used to purchase as the receipt. I then looked up the official return policy and it is bad. Also the Military discount is only valid to active duty, reserves, and retired members. What about disabled vets that didn't get in twenty years? I hate reviewing folks but I am tired of poor business practices and will be vocal about these things from now on. Mountain Home needs new businesses but not ones like these folks. Look up reviews on Durham's other stores and you will see a pattern of people upset about the returns policy.
