On Nov 1, 2022- a DG delivery truck came down my residential street, hooked the top of his truck on…read moremy electric and internet wires, kept driving, pulling the wires taught and then eventually snapping them sending them arching down to the ground almost catching the dry fall leaves on fire and just missing somebody in my yard by inches! The driver never stopped. This is a hit and run. I have photos of damage and a police report including testimony of witnesses!! It has resulted in an $1100 electrician bill, a week of lost wages, a damaged roof, and now months of headache. I am now having to start making payments on this bill since DG is not taking responsibility. This money is literally taking food out of my daughter's mouth! I am a single mama in a small town - this is absolutely unacceptable. I will be contacting lawyers and media next! This is not an upstanding company to support even though they monopolize small towns!!!

The service we received from the cashier was HORRIBLE! First my son were standing in line this…read morecashier who was short Burnett with glasses. Was checking out another customer that customer was paying for his stuff. The cashier speaks up and says to my son and I there's no waiting on 1. So I tell my son to go to 1 and check out his stuff as I already had my stuff on the belt at register 2. The cashier gets really huffy and becomes very hateful. She starts ringing up my stuff. I had some pillows that were a 2 pack. The cashier picks them up opens the bag and scans both pillows. I nicely pointed out that it was a 2 pack. She loudly and hatefully says well there's no barcode on the bag what do you want me to do! How much are they supposed to be! By this time the other cashier came over and told her she only had to scan one pillow. So the cashier checking out my stuff. Hatefuly slams around the rest of my purchases. It was a very unpleasant experience and I will never shop at this store again!
