Your basic needs are met: produce, baked goods, dairy, canned food, and regular grocery items. There is also pet food, paper products, some toiletries and ice. The self check out was convenient. I didn't see many employees but I didn't need one.

The biscuit was egg, cheese, with lettuce and I have never tasted anything so heavenly. The biscuit was made from scratch. Nobody except my mouth alerted me that the biscuit had been made that morning. The eggs were clearly real, no eggs whites, folded over with a hearty amount of cheese, and sprinkled with some lettuce so that I wouldn't think about the calories I was consuming. Now I've had southern biscuits all my life, but this, my fellow Yelpers, was incredible. Every bite was just as good as the first. This is a little known gem in Lynchburg that more people need to pay attention to. If you want a true southern experience, in a biscuit, come and get it.
