When I walked in I see one of the employees gossiping with a customer, very unprofessional. Also, in Houston/Humble locations we were allowed to use multiple coupons per transaction here for some reason that is not the case. When I left i also noticed that I was only $3 away from an additional $10 kohl's cash which the cashier could have mentioned, gladly I would have spent that additional amount to earn more Kohl's cash. Just purely disappointed. Will NOT be shopping in store anymore.

Also, I had an issue with a basketball which was sitting in a section that was listed at a price that i found out was incorrect at the cash register. The basketball rang up for much more at the counter. After an employee checked and saw that the basketball was in fact placed in a section with the price I informed them of the assistant manager was courteous enough to honor the price. I truly love this place and the customer service I received during the aforementioned situation only deepened my love for this place.
