I stopped by the Dollar Tree while shopping in Laredo and before going in, expected it to be just like all the other Dollar Trees I have been in before, unorganized, poor service, and not much to choose from. To my surprise, a worker greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. That is something awesome to see since I worked in a Family Dollar in the past and know how important it is to greet and acknowledge every customer as they come in.It makes for great customer service as well as lets you know at first glance if the customer is a regular or not, and if you should be suspicious by their first responses towards you (9 times out of 10 if they refuse to make eye contact, or if they are overly friendly and act nervous, then they are up to no good). The store was clean, had tons to choose from, and actually had products in the correct places instead of laying on the floor or thrown on the wrong shelves. I was asked if I needed any help during my shop, and had a nice conversation with the employee while checking out. I enjoyed myself while shopping here and will come back again next time I am in town. read more
