Our last hope was Target before having to embark. The sweet woman who helped us was named Jaleesa. I think she could see the exhaustion on our faces and was eager to assist. I know a lot of people like us (who leave on cruise ships) come in often with the same requests and it can be overwhelming but she was so patient and understanding. Customers could only purchase up to $90 with a credit card; however, you could split the purchase. The manager was apologetic, which she didn't have to be. This location has a lot of good items. Just pick a spot and check in on the app when you arrive. They'll come out to your car and will pack the groceries for you. It saves me so much time and energy especially when I'd rather not wander through busy, overcrowded isles.

I went to him personally, face-to-face, to see if he would take accountability for the fake AirPods I got in my mystery box. He claims they aren't fake and that he knows nothing about it. I took mine to The Apple Store, and they confirmed it! Who am I going to trust??! Once Apple showed me a side-by-side comparison of my fakes ones and ones from the store counter, it was easy to spot the imperfections. I did my own research before going to Apple and everything was another dig at my heart. My previous AirPods were worn out and they died on me. I took a chance going into this store, but something immediately told me it was a bad idea. I had no idea what a mystery box was and I had absolutely no idea fake AirPods existed. My naivety, I supposed. The Apple Store said they were "good fakes". Even the box detail was "good", however, there were clear signs of fakeness, and you could see them immediately once side-by-side. I truly wanted to believe this guy, but come on, man! You know you are selling fake crap! To be fair, the "AirPods" worked, but the finesse was off. Apple doesn't do anything half-way. The closure of the case top, the Apple white color, the green/orange indication light, the embossed box, the non-felt resting piece inside the box was plastic, and the list goes on for more heartache. Nothing else in the box was worth anything. Multipack of socks, sports bras, holiday decor, and more cheap China crap! It all went to the donation pickup place. I gave this guy the opportunity to fess up and do the right thing. He chose to be a problem instead of a solution. I bought my REAL AirPods that same day I took in the fakes. I found out they have a lab dedicated to fake product investigation. They are cracking down on these scammers and trying to keep Apple a step ahead of the fraud. Aside from that, I still can't give a review for anything positive. The store has worthless items. Maybe on a "lucky" day you can find something of a semi good deal. I will never go back. This store is a scam! If you don't believe me, I get it. It is hard to believe. Just watch the guy when you go in... he's a speedy talker and doesn't let you get much in conversation wise.
