The shop is adorable, the girl working in it was so friendly, and I love the items that I bought! I was shocked at how reasonable all the prices are, especially given the quality of the clothes. I just decided this week to order a few more items from 31 TwentyFive from home (isn't this what we all do in quarantine?). Their customer service is excellent. I live in CT and didn't pick shipping when I placed my order. Ali immediately reached out, as they are doing porch pickup due to Covid-19 and did not want to leave my stuff out if I chose porch pickup by mistake. She is now shipping my items to me in CT. Luxe has a selection that it's different from what you find in other stores. I like that! Instead of the same-old brands their stuff is really unique. Check out the upstairs for a whole floor of sale items. For example, I snagged a scarf for $3 and a pair of earrings for $3 too. Score! Service is friendly and makes you wanna stick around a while longer. I couldn't resist so many beauties and I ended up walking out with 2 bags of beautiful stuff. And they are selling brands like Clarks, Birkenstocks, Converse, ecco... etc. None of the shoes have boxes. Many appear to be new but many are also scuffed or seem like they might have been worn once or twice. (Bought and returned, perhaps?) These people know how to roll. Inexpensive high quality shoes, prices written in sharpie underneath. A super organized and clean store. They play Christian radio music. I thought to myself, "Well. Now I know I'm in Tennessee..." Both times I've been there, I walk though the door and get excited, until I see that the older blonde woman at the front of the store/register just stares at me. She may love her job, but she sure doesn't make anyone feel welcome. Anywho the store had just gotten in a huge shipment of spring things, so there were boxes in the aisles. However, it was exciting to see what was coming out. But from the quality of the clothes (extra thin cotton), it made the clothes look cheap and perhaps after several washes wouldn't hold up. I went there specifically looking for bikinis and underwear. And to my surprise, I hit the jack pot. Lined bikinis were $9.99 (for both). I think the most I saw for a bikini was under $20. Just the day before I'd priced them at Kmart ($16.99 a piece). The quality was about the same. Underwear were 3 for $5. I even spotted a clearance rack with brand new NINE WEST jeans (size 2 only) marked down to $1. I guess that was truly giving them away. What the heck, I bought 'em. I collected my things, headed to the cashier, and without a smile or conversation, the older blonde woman cashed me out. No "thank you" or "have a nice day" once I was done. I am giving this place a 4 for shopping fun, but the older blonde cashier took the ratings to a 2 because she's not in the business of "customer service". Hence, a 3 is the final score. I'll shop there again, but maybe I can time it differently.
