Literally no one there - no one waiting and we were turned away for a simple kids haircut Shame - it's not our first time here never had this problem before - but definitely won't be coming back. Sign at store states " no wait, book your appointment online." Also list what will occur if you are late for the appointment. I went online and showed up 5 minutes early. I sat for 25 minutes and left. I will not return as you do not value the time of your customers. read more

This review has been long pending. I have been coming down to Big League Haircuts for the past one year and have always left with a satisfied cut. Every single time. I have had haircuts in more expensive places for $50 and more, and also at traditional barbershops; but the ladies here are much better in their craft. With very minimal instructions, they are able to judge the type of haircut I look for, and are very good at blending in the hair, after trimming. Would highly recommend this place and the phenomenal stylists that work here - all of them. read more

I took my 6 year old son to this place for a haircut. He is a quiet and polite kid. Courtney was so rough and made him cried during his haircut. He said she was pulling hard and was hurting him. He never cried during a haircut before. Hair turned nice but it is definitely not a right place for kids. I do not recommend this place for kids. I rather drive half an hour longer to the old place and don't see my kid in tears for a simple haircut. read more

The only reason I do not give this place 5 stars is because their one stylist, Shanna, is the most miserable stylist I have ever met. I bring my son to this salon because they are fast and the price is right. However, the last 3 times my son has gotten his hair cut by Shanna and I would not recommend her if you have kids. The other ladies seem friendly, smile, and talk to their customers. Shanna barely says hello and doesnt talk a word to you or your kid while she is cutting hair. I recommend anyone other than her. Word of advice to Shanna, if you do not like your job, then find a new one. Also, a little friendliness might score you better tips. Just sayin'. read more

I would say big no to this. I have had at least 10 haircuts so far. All the times I had bad experiences. Every time I come home from the salon, I would see unevenly cut hair. I had to fix myself at home how much ever I could. Once I had to go back to the salon to get it fixed. Unfortunately this is the closest salon for me, I end up going there knowing all this. One good thing is I am learning hair style from their mistakes now. By the way its expensive too. 16$ for men's hair cut. read more

Had been going here for years. After trying several stylist, I picked one that I schedule an appointment on a monthly basis. I became a regular and don't have to explain the haircut I like every time. The place gets crowded on weekends. So I always go there on weekdays. The atmosphere is like a sports bar but without the alcohol. LOL read more

After about 9 months without a haircut I decided it was time for one. So I stopped by my usual haircut place, big league haircuts. I was greeted immediately at the door and I received a seat very promptly. Now, at this time I had just recently finished my chemotherapy treatment for leukemia but I hadn't lost most of my hair and the rest of it had filled in by now. obviously the stylist didn't know that so she inquired as to why my hair was different lengths, assuming that I had cut it myself or a friend had. when I dropped the bomb of my real excuse she immediately apologized and seemed a little embarrassed (even though I really didn't mind). Through the rest of the haircut she was funny and charming and engaging, asking me about my past year and my future and such, and after transforming my big goofy-haired head into a wonderful landscape that draws no more negative or puzzling looks, she proceeded to insist she pay for the cut. After finally giving in I insisted on leaving at least a $5 tip (which I still don't think was enough). Big League Haircuts is a win in my book, not just for their great haircuts and service, but they also have an entire cast of pretty haircutters! A+ from me read more

After going here many years I am done. Today I walked in for a haircut to an empty waiting room and was told it would be 20 minutes. After waiting over 30 minutes and watching many come in after me and get haircuts, I was told that since I did not have an appointment. they may not get to me. Why was I told to wait then? Was searching for someone new to cut my hair after losing the person that had done it 30 years. The entire staff there is very pleasant. Recently I was coming back from a trip and I felt like the shaggy dog, I called and asked for Donna to see if she could squeeze men in, knowing the next few days were busy. WORST HAIRCUT EVER! My wife, who has never cut hair before, does a much better job with an at home kit. The blending is choppy and uneven. I asked the stylist to take a little off my bangs and she butchered them. There is a huge chunk missing out of the left side of my hair, right up right. Really just awful. I highly suggest not getting your hair cut here. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of other places nearby. read more
