Singers perform traditional Irish & English folk songs. Performers have included Janet Ashton, Lynn Feingold, reenactors Paul Revere & Rachael Revere, Larry Carlson, Ed Munafo, Sally McKnight & Jim Bucannan, Shawn Hickey, & Plymouth Plantation's very own "For the Nonce". The menu includes a nice array of drinks and foods - see the full menu here - http://www.blanchardstavern.com/Menu_Items.htm. Their dessert specialties are a favorite; including a delicious take on the classic colonial treat syllabub. A treat for history buffs, those who appreciate live tradtional music, and those looking for something different & new to do on a Saturday night. A bit of the colonial days without having to travel from the South Shore. Right on Rt. 28 the tavern is easy to find & if the parking lot is full you can park across the street at the Church.
