I…read morewanted my helix done yesterday and luckily they said they had availability but it was later in the evening, not a problem. The piercer was very nice and seemed professional, he had a legit set up and sterilization tools. He ended up using the wrong needle and the wrong jewelry in my helix and I had to take it out. I didn't notice it was wrong until I left the shop. I called them this afternoon to ask for a refund, which they refused. In this call, the person on the other end of the line essentially blamed me for not checking that he was using the right tools. He also tried to tell me that the type of jewelry he used was, in fact, the right one. I have had over 10 piercings in my life as well as a fully healed helix on the other side of my ear, so I know for a fact that this is wrong. As a customer, I should not have to make sure the professional is doing his job right. Not sure about their tattoos, but definitely don't get pierced here.

She was very friendly,…read moreunderstanding, and helpful, making me feel comfortable because I was nervous about what it would feel like and past instances of passing out from piercings. Jen did an amazing job on the design and I ended up spending less on it than I had budgeted for (this is all subjective though; always ask what the pricing would be because I also got a relatively simple design). There were also so many cool things to look at in the shop, which really helped take my mind off the fact that I was nervous for my first time tattoo. There was even a little Starship Enterprise hanging from the ceiling, which I thought was so cool.

I absolutely love what I see in the mirror now. It's always clean, the artwork everywhere is absolute eye candy, and it's home to the biggest lava lamp (ensconced in shelves custom-cut for it) I've ever seen. What more could you ask for?

I got my Tragus pierced along with a second ear lobe piercing. As well as my mom got 2 piercings too. It was a quick process. The studio was clean along with the instruments and I could tell that he takes pride in his work. I can't wait to go back for my future piercings!!!

First off the piercer has amazing energy and you literally will feel so calm about getting your piercing. I felt very comfortable and the piercing itself was near painless. Dan explained everything in detail and provided an after care pamphlet. I had nothing but a good experience and will definitely come back here in the future!

He immediately cancelled my appointment without any further discussion. The whole conversation was maybe four-five lines. When you show up to appointment made and after fees collected is when this business informs you of this requirement and will keep fees collected and deny services if not provided. I do not recommend this place for any services provided if you are not willing to provide information beyond what is required by law to be stored on electronic file and possibly sold/lost at a later time. Owner is who is driving the personal information requirements and feels she is providing a extra level of safety and will keep your deposit if you feel otherwise and choose to go somewhere else. Beware

She was then very unprofessional and posted screenshots of our private conversation discussing the lack of safety protocols. Owner of the shop also posted from the official account that they do not follow ANY safety protocols. Yeah, pretty sure New York DOES require gloves and such.... Stay away. Unsafe and super unprofessional
