I came here over the past several months to get some embroidery items for my family members. One was for 6 Eddie Bauer jackets for my brother and his team in Kalamazoo, a Navy Seabee logo embroidered on a Carhartt jacket for my dad, a PhD in nursing jacket for my step-mother and a monogrammed block letter embroidered on a Ogio jacket for my cousin. I also had 4 polos made for my mother and step-dad with the Hello My Name Is logo and their written name on it, since they go to a ton of parties and have a ton of parties and events where they are used all of the time. I worked with the owner to get all of the artwork for the monogram and PhD nursing and the hello my name files emailed to them. They had the files digitized and embroidered on all of my items. The store is neat and organized. I plan to come back to get a lifeguard long sleeve for my niece and a long sleeve for my nephew with a dragon he designed and drew for his YouTube channel next. It's amazing to see these 2-day designs so well stitched on apparel and with such stellar skills and great quality too. The prices are for custom items and were quite reasonable for what you get. The embroidery all looked fantastic and all of my family members love their items and wear them proudly. Everything was done with a week turnaround. read more

So initially first impression was great.. I placed a few weeks prior to my vacation in case of anything happening. So I made a design online through another company. And when I arrived, I sent them the images to their email. I brought my own shirt and had to buy one. So when we discussed what we would like and the expectation it was clear. Time for pick up, I get a call that the image that I designed on was not compatible with their software I guess. So since they over t-shirt design for free on their window, I decided since I was already in route to pick up the shirts, but now I will just design a whole new custom shirt. Disclaimer: 2 different Matt's ( Matt 1 is the owner MATT 2 is the employee) Matt2 was very helpful, we sat down to redesign a new logo, which took a couple hours. When we came to a crossroad he would ask MATT1 for assistance, he would come out the back and help us out. After the Second time Matt2 called MATT1.. MATT1 said " you know we have other clients, we can just refund his money".... When I heard that, I thought it was very rude and unprofessional. Matt2 must've seen my face and read how displeased I was. But Matt2 continued to help me with my design, for about another 30min until I settled on a design I was comfortable and pleased with. We finished and said give them 2-3 days for the turn around. 2 days later I get a call that my shirt was done I drove back to the store only to find my shirt was done correctly and the second shirt wasn't. And ask me to resend the original email.. so I resent the email , drive back home with one shirt only to have to drive back.. 16 miles I drive in one direction.. As I tried unsuccessfully to find a Prince tshirt to buy to wear for his birthday, I decided to see how much it would cost to just have one made. I knew I was running out of luck also since it was the evening before. But, I stopped in to Big Frog anyway. The salesperson was unsure that I'd be able to have it made in just a couple of hours. I brought the shirts and paper with a black graphic on Monday, they were ready on Friday. They sent me a proof for my approval. The shirts came out great. What more could I want? Quick turnaround and quality of design exceeded expectations.

My 16 year old is an artist and does some really cool "tribal" designs. A friend suggested putting her work on a t-shirt so we decided to give Big Frog a try. The store is clean and nicely decorated. The owner greeted us and gave us a quick overview of how it worked and the pricing and introduced us to the graphic designer. He scanned the drawing and got all the information on shirt sizes and colors. Unfortunately we had to order the one for my daughter but we walked out an hour later with two t-shirts with her design on the back. We'll for sure use them again. read more

Very unprofessional! $1,000 worth of garments trashed. (embroidery and printed) If they get something wrong THEY WILL NOT FIX IT! I have been growing a company for the past year and a half. Big Frog Novi is an establishment that I've gone to a couple of times to get garments made. The first time they got the file wrong and printed them anyway and pretty much told me that I was stuck with the shirts. "I'll throw them away" my Secretary was told by Doug (the owner). We came to an agreement to reprint half of them and I thought we could move forward. Now, our return order was printed and ALL of the shirts have a discolored "square" on the front and back of them. Looks EXTREMELY unprofessional. And of course Doug is giving me all kinds of excuses as to why and that he doesn't want to make them right. Furthermore, we had some coats embroidered by the same place and the center of our logo was done in the complete wrong color. Do you think they would assist us in fixing this? Nope. You're just stuck with them. So I spent over $1,000 on coats, shirts and hoodies and NONE of them are right. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A PROFESSIONAL JOB!!!! I'm going to preface this review with the fact that I am an artist and usually design my own apparel items. As it so happens, I currently work 2 jobs, 60 hours a week, and go to school more than full time. That being said, I had no time to make my Halloween costume this year. I arrived at Big Frog on the 9th of October, needing my costumes for today, the 24th. After many mishaps such as: ordering the wrong shirts, asking me to change my design because it was too difficult for them, and not living up to their promises, they emailed me today with a picture of the shirts that they thought looked awful. Yes, the colors were slightly askew, but with their ABSOLUTELY LAST MINUTE EMAIL (mere hours before my event) I had no choice but agree to purchase the garments. To which I received this email from Doug, the owner. "just so you know , that I know, you took two weeks to see the original yellow {shirts} we bought . so two weeks are on you." After checking, they sent me an email on a Saturday night about the wrong color yellow shirt they ordered, and I was in that Wednesday afternoon to look them over (Wednesday between 2-4:30 being my ONLY TIME OFF ALL WEEK.) Saturday thru Wednesday DOES NOT EQUAL TWO WEEKS. Reminder, I received this email after I told them I was going to purchase their misprinted shirts anyway! So, go to Big Frog and Doug if you want the misfortunes of this company to be your fault! Placing blame on the customers. I still can't believe the way they treated me. Unbelievable. read more
