For some reason I thought this was an ice cream place forever. It's not. It's in fact a custom T-Shirt business! They caught my eye with their "Quarantini" Shirt. Pretty funny. Located right next to Starbucks. read more

Big Frog saved the day on an order I needed the same week. I only had gave them a day notice and Taylor worked it out perfectly for us. The shirt she made is so pretty. She knew the right touches to put on the shirt. I only told her the theme and she got it perfectly. It's great to do business with stores that really care about people. Big Frog is the best. Thanks so much, Taylor for your great work. My mother in law is gonna be so happy with her shirt!!!!! read more

I am not a creative woman. Nor do I know how to adequately get my ideas out verbally or on any kind of canvas. Custom designing t-shirts are harder than people realize! I originally went to a different t-shirt shop that specialized in mass production and they referred me to Big Frog because I wanted only two tank tops. I came in on a Friday morning expecting the worst and a really quick turnaround and vague promise of a good outcome that I'd be happy with. Since it's so hard to articulate my ideas, I wasn't expecting much but I am so happy with the outcome! Taylor warmly greeted me and after hearing my idea and the body types of the ladies I was making he shirts for, she just went straight to the computer and had this incredible image with details that I didn't know how to explain. It's like she read my damn mind!!! She took into account how the lettering would like on a big and tiny body and made modifications accordingly-you can tell she really knows what she's doing. I felt like I was working with a real professional. She gave me solid explanations for why some fabrics worked and what each texturing style worked with what. While she figured out the ins and outs of my design, she answered the numerous phone calls and handled a rather surly customer with the ease of a consummate professional. I saw this woman talk her down and treat her terribly and this young lady kept her head up high and smile through the entire ordeal. Yikes! She gave her a dressing down for not picking up phone while talking to her but I have a feeling she was going to find something to nitpick about. But anyways, I love this place! I love the creative juices that flow and the fun and personal ideas that get printed. I'd be the crazy fundraiser mom with team shirts if I could get away with it. I love this place for custom designs and I love what they do for me. read more

I have two experiences working with this company, my advice is if you want shirts to come out a specific way and in a timely manner you should go there in person and give yourself two weeks to have them ready if you are trying to do tanks or a non-traditional t-shirt. If you want to hear my rant keep reading. 1st experience: I went in with a design in my head for pink tanks for a bachelorette party. Unfortunately the tanks came out with the lettering difficult to read. They were nice enough to print me a new set on a lighter tank so that the print was legible for no extra charge. I was overall happy with that experience. 2nd experience: I tried to coordinate tanks for a different bachelorette via email. The company was pretty slow with follow up, although they were aware of my deadline. After a lot of waiting and calling to get things moving, I was finally told that my tanks wouldn't be done until after my bachelorette party took place and this was 3 days before I was flying out. I was hugely pissed obviously because at this point my options were super limited and they told me I could get tshirts instead of tanks to have them ready on time. I did not however get an apology. In the end I went with a different local company which operates out of the mall. Hugely disappointed and they have definitely lost me as a customer. Would have been nice to know the truth ahead of time. Also training staff for appropriate customer service would be helpful to retain business. read more

Great service and I love my t-shirts. She took the time to get them right and I'll be using these guys to make some charity shirts. There is enough selection of t-shirts but they could use some long sleeve and I hope they got a sweatshirt for winter... They do other things too like coozies. check it out... read more

Great experience with company! I went in with an idea for coordinating shirts for my husband and I's Anniversary. They explained their whole process to me and told me about all the different options. I then met with their graphic designer who made my vision an awesome reality, I picked out the T-shirts, and within 24 hours my order was ready to pickup. They turned out perfect! I will definitely be returning the next time I need a custom T-shirt. read more

Big Frog saved my big butt on Christmas Eve!!! I had special ordered my brother and his wife a T-shirt from a dog rescue site which promised to be delivered by Dec 23 at the very latest. His wife's came in but his didn't and we were meeting for lunch Christmas Eve. I live in Winston-Salem, NC but was in Evans, GA with my parents for the weekend. My mom suggested we try Big Frog.... they created the shirt in a matter of minutes and had it printed and in my hands within 15 minutes. The staff at Big Frog made my day! Next time I will start with Big Frog and then use the money I save and write a check to my local Humane Society. read more

I came into Big Frog on a referral to get custom jerseys for my company's kickball team. Their staff was very helpful and able to exceed my expectations by assisting with artwork and providing recommendations for improvements on the spot before finalizing the design. We were given multiple options for shirt material, including dry fit blends. They provided a quick turnaround and in the end, they delivered a great product at a great price! read more

Simple process, friendly people. I showed up on a Saturday about five minutes before close. I was welcomed in and never felt pressured even though I was keeping them late. They took my design, digitized it, and show me the design on the shirt. The entire process took about 20 minutes. I even gave them a wrong size and had to call first thing on Monday morning, The change was not a problem. Got an email a few days later saying they were ready. From the moment I walked in the door until the time I walked out with the final product it was a pleasant experience. If I need anything else printed I know where I will Go. read more
