I bought a used ez curl bar here last month for the small garage gym I'm assembling …read more I tried to use it last week and found the normal stop Collars would not fit. The ends were not a standard 2 inch. So I came back yesterday to find a solution. He asked me to trade in the Bar in question , gave me a 60 pct credit on original purchase price , I bought another used curl bar with a military Discount with the stops included. So a better bar , complete for Less net $$ than new collars on EBay. And I could make sure it all fit. He said he would deal with the other bar and figure out a way to make it right later on. For me, this was great service I Highly recommend coming here for used and new discounted sports equipment.

Anyways long story short, she goes and asked her manager who was rather rude and just flat out said no. Based on the way she was glaring at made me feel like I didn't belong in the store. I have been a customer of coach for years.... But if this is how your management wants to treat their customers I am more than happy to shop elsewhere.
