A few months after my last review, I decided to give them another chance and things were going well…read moreuntil I made an appointment here to treat myself for my birthday. Secretly my partner went in the day before and paid for it plus left a tip, telling the guy to let me know afterwards it was taken care of. I attended my appointment, the foot reflex good but decided I would not do a massage again. The beds are separated by curtains so you hear everything others are talking and it's not very relaxing. On top of that the lady didn't understand English very well and didn't have good technique. After my appointment finished I paid for it and went to see my partner. He asked how it was and I let him know it was ok. He asked if there was anything more. I said no I had my appointment, paid and left. Then he told me he actually paid for it even left a tip! I immediately contacted the establishment and the owner/manager looked into it and said oh yeah sorry about that and actually laughed. I was furious! I let him know it wasn't funny and would be coming back to get a refund since they double charged me. When we showed up the owner/manager said he could just refund my card so I didn't need to come back. My partner let him know that they ruined the surprise and it was bad business to double charge customers. The owner/manager apologized but didn't really seem to care. Sadly this was the last straw for me. If a business tries to pull one over on a good customer that attends each month and try to get away with double charging then not be sincere or even attempt to rectify an upset customer, well, they do not deserve my business. I frequent reputable places that treat their customers with respect and consideration.

I asked how her day was going, and she basically said she usually doesn't work Saturday's and so was not that keen on it but people want to use their insurance before the end of the year so she was kind of forced to do it. Okay. Then the massage started at 6 minutes late with static holds. Basically she was manually stretching me. It was mildly relaxing but given her first comment it seemed like she was preserving energy. A couple times during the massage she stopped entirely. (I think she was taking bites out of a wrap?). The massage wrapped up on the hour, so I paid for 60 minutes, got 54 of pack-lustre massage. Sorry. Can't recommend this place. Also the bathroom was dingy. There were no paper towels to dry my hands. She told me to use Kleenex, that's what it was there for.

Booking with her is great and she always finds times to schedule me in. She also does directbilling ( I am with Great West Life). There is a reason why I have followed her as she is great and very kind. Her room is clean and ambiance is calm and relaxed. She also has essential oils. She really works on your troubled areas and uses the right amount of pressure during your session together. Nazilla is not a minuite counter and makes sure you are happy when you go see her. There is free parking in the side of the building and also transit assessible as well. I really apreciate that she does really care about her clients and goes above and beyond for them. The environment is peaceful and clean too. There is paid street parking in the front. I've tried many RMTs in the past and although this is not a RMT massage, Nancy has made me feel better than them because of how she can target those knots in my shoulder.
