I got my go to sandwich- an egg, cheese, sausage biscuit, and a breakfast burrito. A biscuit should be flaky, buttery and tasty. This sandwich was none of those things. I have had better frozen microwavable breakfast bowls with better eggs. Eggs were clearly very processed and frozen. The biscuit did not crumble or flake. I could tear it with my hands as it was chewing and rubbery. Actually inedible. I contacted customer service, not to get a refund or coupons, but to give constructive criticism. I suggested that they visited a Wendy's, Chick-Fil-A, or a Bojangles to see what a breakfast biscuit at a fast food restaurant could be. Their response was that they were sorry that I did not get what I ordered. I wish that would've actually read my email. I got what I ordered, the problem was it was terrible. And I did not forget the breakfast burrito. It was not much better.
