This Mcdonalds has greatly improved since the remodel. It is good and they have good app coupons. The staff is nice.

We visited last Thursday morning. We ordered two bagels with bacon egg cheese. The bagels were stone cold and the hot coffee was iced coffee. What a total waste of 13.00$ and a waste of my time. Second time in two weeks they have messed up our doordash order. When you call the store, manager is rude and says I have to call doordash. Heres my issue with that. McDonalds seals up the bags so doordash has no idea whats in there to check before they leave. The receipt on the bag said all the items we paid for but ended up missing 5 items. I have no idea what is actually in their food. All I know is any time I eat at any McDonald's, I feel very nauseated.

The drive through people are rude you order food don't end up getting what you ordered after waiting in there atrocious line ever since they did there remodel this McDonald's went to hell . then when they say do you have a code your like yes try to use them there like that don't work when in fact it was there code on there app there ice cream machine is always broke don't see how being that it's a new building and everything inside has probably been replaced. read more

got breakfast burrito meal burritos seemed microwaved to the point they were hard as a rock on each end and hash brown wasn't the greatest either over cooked and cold burritos cold as well, on way to work or would have gone back through, sad we live in a world where people give a business their hard earned money and in return get well below acceptable service and or products. get with it McDonald's been around this long should have it figured out by now, or at least be a little more up to par. read more

Thai store is owned by Ison Restaurants, and they are horrible people. This store is absolutely the horrible. I use curb pick up when I went there. Last week I ordered 3 seta of the Seasonal pies, So when they were not there, and a "Manger" came to my car. She came out saying I only paid for 3 single pies. I was trying to explain that buying. In the App there is no option to buy a single. As she was going on about what I paid I was still trying to show the these pies were $0.99. She then went on to call me a lair. I called the Franchise Customer Care I explained everything and she said the she call me back, but never did. The next day I emailed the Dir of Operations and the Franchise Owner. Both kept saying the would take handle this and nothing.I told them that I wanted my money returned that was paid for, and I want a public in store to apologize. So I have now to contact MCD customer care. Ison Restaurants for the most part maybe ok but I am done with all of them. 1 month later Just as I thought no refund and no public in the store apology for calling ma a liar. I am not going away and eventually get what I want. read more

Sometimes it's slow but overall one of the better McDonald's I've been to. Insides usually pretty clean n staff are ok.

It's McDonald's what can I say, they mess up an order here or there sometimes it takes a while to get your food. But here's the thing, it's probably the only place you can go in this town for a cheap dollar burger that also tastes the way it's supposed to every time you go. My only complaint about this and all McDonald's, they leave the tea canister lids accessible to the public, that is terrifying. I'd rather know that the cook is spitting on my food than to wonder if someone poisoned the tea. read more

the boy at the drive through was very rude. i was trying to get my deal code to work and i showed him and he said "yeah 7.86 i already put it in there" and we got to the second window and was missing our fry the girl said it wasn't on the order. the boy who rudely took my "deal code" just took off a couple items so we didn't even get all our food. very disappointed in the new mcdonald's. we've been there 3 times and all three were terrible experiences. read more

It's got normal American food burgers and such but the store is too small for the volume of customer's it takes in it needs a double drive through but as far as that not too many complaints read more

My mother and I stop by hoping for a quick cheap meal as we were on a 2 hour road trip to start we go through the drive through which took us a good solid 10 minutes to order with only 2 cars ahead of us at the pickup window we were greeted by an obvious unhappy worker we ask for salt and an extra sauce the lady then shut the window and takes a minute or to and then opens the window and reply's "well they are in the bag" we had to then proceed to tell her we wanted extra. Why couldn't we just say we wanted an extra and she acted as it was a hassle. Food was cold and tasted as if if had sat there all day. Definitely a bad experience read more

Worst at any service! I spent a while in the play place just for my kids and every table when I walked in was dirty I had to wipe it off myself just to eat and then I asked twice for someone to bring in disinfectant wipes because there wasn't any from the time we had even came in and they never brought any in in the hour and a half I was there! I had seen where someone else had reviewed and mentioned that the staff should look better kept and I find that true too! Skanky and nasty looking! I won't be eating or visiting the play area again here because in one setting they were horrible at everything! read more

I have gave them chance after chance but they always mess up our order. I always go through the drive threw but still have to pull off and wait for my food. Then they always forget something. If you have to wait 10 min on your food, they should at minimum make sure you have all your food. read more

Just drove through about 15 minutes ago and tried ordering an iced macchiato and once again the person at the first drive thru said the machine was down. I have come to realize they say this when they don't want to make specialty drinks. So they lie. I drove out and called and spoke to the manager and she stated the machine was working fine. I went on to ask why this keeps happening and she stated that she's not sure and have a nice day. Wow I guess they don't need the business because the customer service is horrible. read more
