Kim, who runs the lot, is awesome. She is friendly and really works to get you set up in the best place. I can't say enough about how great she is. We definitely will be keeping our storage there for a long time. It is secure and, yet, easy to access your storage when you need. I recommend Linden Mini Storage. They are wonderful and it's a safe facility.

They have phone issues especially with voicemail but other than that this is the place to store your extra stuff at! The prices are fantastic, much less than what we used to pay in Tempe for the same size storage unit! It's so hard to even find storage units in the Heber-Overgaard area but Heidi has been great at letting me know when anything comes available to fit my family's storage needs. She's extremely friendly and always has a smile on her face! The world needs more people like her and affordable storage options like Pinecrest Storage offers! I highly recommend Pinecrest to anyone looking for storage units in the area. You might have to go on a waiting list but it doesn't seem to take too long to get one. They were good at communicating by text which was my preferred way of getting info, & there were no problems ever getting in or out of the place. We went unprepared without a lock for the door & they had one for a very reasonable price, so they made everything very easy. I've never had to pay to store anything before but Emma made it easy & considering I paid 1 month divided by 3, it was a great value. It's also an easy location to find which is huge when you're new in town, even a smallish town! But Emma, the face of the company made it more than pleasant. Trying to save a little money by renting here for just a few months ended up costing me thousands…read morein damage to my belongings. Look at the condition of this place, it will tell you what you need to know - marked deferred maintenance. The roof over my unit leaked and soaked all of my stuff over the SUMMER! Everything got moldy and had to be discarded. EZE Storage took no responsibility. I could have sued (got lots of photos, and the professional opinions of a contractor and an experienced mover who saw immediately that leaks down beam were due to very worn condition of roof), but given that I moved cross country, it wasn't worth all the trouble. Spend a little more money and go across the street or to another responsible facility. You won't have to risk the loss of all your items. Photos are just a few examples of ruined belongings and delapidated facility condition.
