We have called every week, but no answer on whether or not they were going to fix our unit or reimbursement for the damage done to our items. They couldn't move us into a different unit, so we thought they would be able to fix the issue swiftly. They did not. Instead they tried to raise the rent on us. We were promised swift responses and care and have gotten none of that. I should not have signed with this company, this is unacceptable. Apparently, the manager, Justen, who sold us on the storage unit, doesn't work there anymore... I will be cancelling my contract ASAP.

After only 2 months, they flooded my unit from a faucet that was on the other side of my unit wall. Damaged over $2,000 worth of books, photo albums, and baby books. They are ignoring me and are refusing to open a claim because they said I should have paid extra for insurance. After they flooded my unit they would hang up on me when I tried to pay my bill over the phone. Now I am out all of my books; many are irrereplaceable, not to mention the loss of my childhood photo albums and my children's baby books. This place could care less about you or your valuables :(

Look at the condition of this place, it will tell you what you need to know - marked deferred maintenance. The roof over my unit leaked and soaked all of my stuff over the SUMMER! Everything got moldy and had to be discarded. EZE Storage took no responsibility. I could have sued (got lots of photos, and the professional opinions of a contractor and an experienced mover who saw immediately that leaks down beam were due to very worn condition of roof), but given that I moved cross country, it wasn't worth all the trouble. Spend a little more money and go across the street or to another responsible facility. You won't have to risk the loss of all your items. Photos are just a few examples of ruined belongings and delapidated facility condition.

I received no calls or emails so arrived at my appointed time. clerk said parts did not arrive and she had changed the appointment in the system the day before (on Sunday) but forgot to call or send an email. it was over an hour drive and I complained and she said "sorry" and they would let me know when the parts arrived. I was slightly annoyed but things happen. next day received a call from the installer. he was very rude and belligerent and said I never had an appointment and he didn't know when he could install the hitch. he said it was my fault for not checking. when I pointed out I had an email with the time and date and assurances by the manager they would call if any delays. I also said I understood things happen but didn't appreciate both the receptionist and installer making it sound like this was my fault. "installer said he did t like my attitude and would cancel the order and hung up. was very weird and manager had said my car was difficult to install a hitch on so think the installer was looking for an excuse and just didn't want to do it. extremely poor customer service and strongly tecommend avoiding this uhaul.

Upon calling the business number I got voice-mail explaining that Rim Country Storage is "now managed by Professional Services Management." We have always dealt with the owner not a management service. Possible change of ownership, don't know. Couldn't get the "professional manager" to return my call ... MAYBE LOOK ELSWHERE if not you may be thrown out/off the property with NO NOTICE along with anything you may have in their storage facility.
